Good place to stay when coming to KC. Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful hotel. Restaurant on site is good, and it has breakfast buffet for $22/person and à la carte options as well. Expensive overnight parking. I will never understand how hotels can charge for parking when the avg nightly cost is >$400. If you want to avoid that, there is plenty of free (nights and weekends) street parking about 2 blocks away.

It would be nice to have someone answer the phone when you need help in the morning. Not allowing us to check out an hour later when we pay $416 for one night is ridiculous.

Unfortunately the nature of our trip meant we simply slept here and that was it, no opportunity to check out any of the amenities. For what little it was though, it was great. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely beautiful. The room was in pristine condition, not a speck of dirt in sight. And greatly appreciated the attached parking garage so didn't have to worry about finding parking either. Would gladly return here in the future.

This place was awesome! Short walk to the Kaufman Center. If I ever go back to KC I will stay here absolutely great!!

To much construction and crowded to even pull in. And pricey for what you get. And hotels.com will give you the wrong price. And Loews will not honor that.

Beautiful hotel, great bar/ atmosphere, comfortable and clean hotel room, and easy walk to T-Mobile/ P&L District. Don’t pass on the Espresso Martini at the hotel bar! Check-in at 4pm only had 2 employees working the front desk and the line/ wait to check in was unlike I have ever experienced. A 3rd employee eventually arrived to help. The Stilwell restaurant inside the hotel was okay, but did not have a large selection on the menu, and we heard the chef getting all over the employees throughout our meal. Upon checking out of hotel we stopped in the coffee shop for a coffee and breakfast, and thankfully we were not in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again.

It’s a Loews Hotel, you can’t go wrong. Why are you even reading reviews? Book it!!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Upon check-in we received an upgrade. It was a wonderful stay. Very clean!

Love this hotel! So clean and very comfortable beds. Beautifully and chic atmosphere. Stillwell bar staff was incredibly knowledgeable and spot on!

Only problem we had was someone else put their 4 buffets at the Stillwell on our room, and I’m still working to get a refund

They checked me into a room that was 90°. The air conditioner didn’t work. They were supposed to send somebody, he never showed up. I missed my dinner appointment.
