Modern, comfortable and great proximity to airport.

Wonderful property. Checking in was a breeze. They even gave us a room early. Joshua at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was also delicious. Most extensive breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel.

This hotel had everything we needed so we could rest and relax in between 2 long flights.

Watch out if you have a car. The person at the entrance door is a contractor for a private valet service that is not affiliated with the hotel property and this service was started within the last couple of months. This rude man made no effort to responsibly answer concerns I had with this service. Front desk was unable to provide an alternative solution. I ended up having to find alternative parking arrangements as I did not feel that this service was going to be provided without damages. This also has a problem with the listing as it comes accross that I can park my car at the hotel, instead of handing over my keys and $40 to park in the hotel parking lot 10 feet away in the basement. I selected this hotel based on many years of past experience with the Holiday Inn brand and this definitely wavers my confidence in the brand to associate with a 3rd party contractor as the 1st person a new guest sees before going to the 2nd floor reception.

Hotel was great, just dont eat there, Uber eats delivers.

Great room. Pleasant and accomodating staff. Within walking distance to various cafe/restaurants and, close to Sydney airport for a next day flight. Perfect.

Found the room to be very stuffy. Quilts were supplied but no top sheet. Considering the room was quite warm a sheet would have been an asset

The bathroom wall is transparent, meaning anyone in the room with you can see you in the shower or on the toilet. This was a major issue for us. Otherwise, the property was clean, felt safe, good access to the airport, good breakfast, and easy check in/out. Just that bathroom....

Overall this hotel is great value. The dining area although small serves nice food. Breakfast is plentiful & filling. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Loved the block out blinds as i like my room to be dark as possible when sleeping. The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was plentiful. Front desk service were friendly and very helpful. In the room the bed was comfy and i loved the option for either firm or soft pillows. Wifi worked well, was easy to connect to. However, the room lacked a draw or two for storage, also sanitary items - cotton wool buds, toilet tissue.

Liked that it was perfect for late night landing. Didn't like that the bathroom was just glass and not sound proof at all.

Could have been better response from team Reservations. You need to respond to booking with request. Made number of call no answer. Very poor response to phone call.

The check in was chaotic and the person who checked me in did not explain anything about getting to my room or hotel facilities. The shuttle bus to get to the airport in the morning which I paid for was really really smelly and unclean. I can’t emphasise this enough. The driver was a nice guy though.

Tried to contact property to sort out shuttle bus - this was too much inconvenience (flight had been delayed into Sydney so it was post 11pm) then when arrived it took over 30 mins to book in (travelling with a child this seemed ridiculous and when it was actually time to present details for reservation the colleague told me to wait as he had to sort out some details on the computer which surely could have been completed post us booking in so we could get to the room??)

I have spent two nights there with family! Rooms were clean, quiet and staff was very helpful. Airport at walking distance It was a nice stay
