Could not have been a better stay. Room was very spacious- everything worked perfectly. Best of all were the staff who were very friendly, helpful and professional. One of my favorite stays anyplace. If you’re traveling to Zurich and want more reasonable prices and a beautiful town on the Rjine- give Hotel Sleep and Stay a look. Jacques and her staff will treat you like family!!

Jaqueline was such a great host. Smooth self checkin process. This place is great. Amazing free breakfast. Only thing I wished if there was a direct view to the river was there, but that is not the case. River is only 5 mins walk.
Overall great experience and I recommend 👍

A very convenient hotel. I was impressed by their use of self service from check-in through check-out. There was no staffed reception desk, but it all worked out great.

Great place to stay. There is an amazing bakery infront of the place. There is a lot of traffic on the weekdays on the street right infront. There is no ac so it does get a little warm in the night. Fans are provided in the rooms. Overall great place to stay.

The hotel room was spacious, food for breakfast was great with lot of choices and the personnel running the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel to stay when you are planning to visit the city of Zurich and Rhein Falls. Hotel is slso near the train station.

Contactless check-in. Clean and modern place to stay for a day or two at maximum. Not much dining options nearby. No air-conditioning, there are two fans. But it feels like a oven during summer months, without the cranking the window open. Limited power outlets for charging multiple devices during the stay. Breakfast has limited options but is of good quality. Only advantage is free parking and a short drive to Rhinefalls. Safe neighborhood.

We mindful this hotel is next to a road with trucks and our bedroom was facing a car park. Awful hotel. No air on so we were sweaty all night. Breakfast is great though with natural Options…

The poor lady working just few hours in the morning is preparing the breakfast, cleaning the dining room and then cleaning the rooms.This is the only aspect to feel sympathetic about. The bad news are others. If you have a room in the ground floor all people passing can look inside, therefore you have to close the curtains also during the day if you want some privacy. The room is VERY cold. And there is no one at the reception. Imagine if you loose the entrance card and you do not have a phone or-even worst - if you have any kind of health problems, you are left alone. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, nothing around beside a petrol station and a very noisy road with a hell of a trafic.

This hotel is located in suburban. It is right off a busy main road and we were checked in a room on the ground floor so a bit noisy. We arrived at night, a big surprise that they don’t have anyone onsite to help with check in, you do it through a machine automatically. The room itself is clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Perfect for both short and longer stay. Easy automatic check in procedure, very friendly staff, clean environment with great fresh smell, great breakfast, and ample free parking.

It was an unusual check in but the place was very clean and staff in the morning very accommodating.

The hotel is almost new and they have nice interior design. The check-in was done with a machine and you can do it later and comfortably. If you need the bill, you can get it early in the Morning at breakfast from staff.They have enough parking place for the car. The staff is very friendly and I will recommend to stay in this hotel.

This hotel was self check in, very easy! The hotel staff were the best, the manager Jackie was very kind and took very good care of us, so much that we booked a week later and stayed again. 15 minutes to the Zurich airport. Talk about perfect! We will be back.
