Beautiful!

Loved the room and learned cold is hot and hot is cold on the shower lol just the shape of the faucet

Hotel and the service is really good. It is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is really bad, swimming is impossible.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and loved it already booked another trip in a few monthe

The staff and service received by staff was amazing. A genuine welcome everytime. Hotel itself was beautiful and would definitely be going again.

The food was delicious and all the service was far beyond thanks for all your support and hospitality, my daughter says is better than the moon palace she was more comfortable with hotel belo

Service was amazing! Room was great. Location not bad. Food was very good. Roof top pool could use some extra cleaning and chlorine. Beach not so good. Other than that amazing stay!

Clean, safe, and friendly. Average service and food. Beach area is blocked by dividers for see weeds and hurricanes so it’s not ideal for swimming. North beach is better.

The staff at this hotel is terrific. Mateo, Alberto, Hugo, and the front desk staff were nothing short of wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel welcome, like we were family, from the moment we entered through the front door and went above and beyond throughout our stay to provide us with nothing short of a fantastic vacation.

The staff was the best we ever had!! Enrique, Hugo, Marcos, Abdel, Tristan, Edgar, and Abel were the best guys!!!

Hotel Beló was nice. It was overall smaller than what it looks like on Expedia, but it’s still very cute. There is only ONE restaurant on property, so if you do an all-inclusive, it’s not really worth it for-wise. There are some chairs and cabanas on the beach for patrons that were a nice touch. The beach itself is small, but if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, then this is the place for you. They also have a cute picture prop in the ocean, but the some of the letters that are supposed to spell Isla Mujeres Hotel Beló are broken, fallen or missing all together. We did lose power for a bit one day, but it came back in an hour or so. Overall it was a nice relaxing time, but IMO not worth an all-inclusive. I will say, the food at the restaurant on property did not disappoint!

Hot tubs dirty and not functioning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Belo, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the Mateo’s customer service was outstanding. Although we got there early, the staff welcomed us warmly and quickly helped us get our room ready. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. A special shout-out to Marco at the pool bar! He was always attentive and served up the best drinks, making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. In the restaurant, Trista, Hugo, Alberto and Jorge provided exceptional service, greeting us with warmth and ensuring that we were well taken care of at every meal. Their attentiveness made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that made for restful nights. Room service was fast and delicious, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. While the beach is small, it is impeccably maintained and offers a great atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel is very family-oriented and provides a quiet environment perfect for unwinding. Overall, Hotel Belo exceeded our expectations with its exemplary service and comfortable amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a delightful getaway!

We were all very pleased with our stay here at the Beló. The food was delicious the drinks were top notch and the staff was amazing

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The roof top bar has an amazing view & is a fun place to have some drinks. The ground level pool is nice too. We had an ocean view room with a XL king size bed which was great. The warm water pressure lacked & would get scalding hot and then cold with just a little push of the handle. There’s really only 1 restaurant on site & when the restaurant is closed they have a snack bar but very limited options on what to eat. It can get noisy at times due to the traffic and you can hear the housekeepers and other guest rolling their carts & luggage.

We went as a family and had an amazing stay. Couldn’t have been better

The property was nice, the rooms were nice. Only one restaurant on the resort, the beach was ok not a whole lot of area to swim. It’s not super far from down town a north beach. The pool bar didn’t open until noon. Overall the facility is nice, an it’s a nice ride in a golf cart to see the island.

Best hotel in Isla Mujeres, we definitely recommend for these are looking for luxury hotels, comfortable and safe to stay!

We stayed at Hotel Belo and had a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and attentive, food was delicious and lots of variety. We loved everything about this hotel. AC worked great in the room , front desk was always smiling and very helpful, service at pool for drinks and food was excellent. Arnulfo went above and beyond and food came out quickly even when they were extremely busy. We will definitely be returning! ( only complaint is no bathroom door , which wish they had but made do with a sheet and beach chair clips for a little bit of privacy.

The property was great.

The hospitality was there, the employees were all nice. My favorite person was the bartender at the rooftop bar named Tony. The food was horrible tho, out of all the meals I ordered, I only enjoyed the wings from the snack place by the pool. The options for food is very limited and nothing is what you would expect. I ended up eating outside the resort for every meal. Another problem I had was with the hot tubs by the pool. None worked for me and the only one that would turn on, the water was cold and never got warm for me. There was also chunks of hair inside the filter part of two hot-tubs so idk if those ones worked. Something that happened while staying here also threw me off alone with five other guests that was with us. There was a random swarm of bees that came and relocated to star a new hive, right above me at the upstairs pool, so they kicked us all out the pool and closed it off.. and KILLED the bees with some sort of spray. The bees were not bothering anyone and the resort decided to kill them to get rid of them. Bees are becoming endangered, im sure there are other ways to have gone about this. If you stay here make sure you rent a golf cart on the island because this resort is far away from everything. Took 15 minutes to get to the centro where everything is at. Also, the beach is gross. Unless you like seaweed and kelp touching you, thats the only way to get in the water. I would not be staying there when I return to the island.

Pretty property & great staff. Adjoining doors to next room very thin & noisy. Food is decent. Sandbags on beach to prevent erosion difficult to get past, slippery.

The staff was absolutely Amazing. It was my Anniversary. Tristan took the time to create a wonderful memory. Tristan and Hugo were so helpfully. It was nice see them every morning with a smile. But, everyone went over and above too help out. I cant say enough good things about Hotel Belo. Simply Amazing.
