Room was clean. Hotel was at full capacity. The amount of shampoo conditioner and body wash was terribly too small. The tiny bottles are difficult to squeeze out the soap. For the amount you pay for the room, the least they could do is increase the size of the bottle.

Very nice hotel. My girls really liked the pool.

The room we stayed in had something wrong with the flooring next to the bathroom and front door. It sloped down and felt unsafe. I think the bathroom flooded at one time and they very quickly patched it because the caulking on the shower was so sloppy and clearly added recently. The bathroom even had a chemical smell like new caulking or paint. Breakfast was alright but the “omlette” tasted gross with the slice of cheese in it. Also, the girl working the front desk was asleep at the desk when we went to check out and I had to ring the bell to wake her up. Super unprofessional. The person that checked us in was very pleasant.

With so many cars in the lot we were shocked at how quiet it was! The beds and pillows were super comfy! Good breakfast!

This room was unbelievable! 2 beds, a pull out couch & a small kitchen area with a Dining table, chairs, almost full size fridge. A 2 burner range top was also included. It was nice to have a “wall” between the beds and the sitting area. We were only here one night, breakfast offered a very large selection of hot & cold foods. Bathroom was very large & well lit. Water pressure was more than adequate and the water was hot. We did use the hotel’s pantry and bought a few things for an evening meal. What a Wonderful idea! We got macaroni & cheese in microwaveable cups and a bag of microwave popcorn. We’d been on the road for 10 hours with much time spend at a standstill thru road construction & a semi accident. It was a blessing to not have to go out to find a meal at 7pm on a rainy Saturday night in a strange town. The only thing that was lacking was silverware. We had plastic forks with us, but there was only a single spoon in the drawer. The quality of the room more than made up for the lack of a fork. I will be keeping Best Western hotels in the rotation of travel hotels.

The evening staff recommended a very delicious restaurant nearby. Only negative was the fitness center was damp and smelled moldy.

What a great place to stay! Everything met our expectations, and the staff was so friendly and kind. This might be the cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. Every detail matters to these people. Highly recommend

We had stayed at this same Best Western a week earlier and booked a room for our return trip. The first stay was excellent. This stay wasn’t. The room smelled like sewage had backed up somewhere. It was pretty bad. We turned on the air hoping it would help. It didn’t. We should have asked for another room, but we didn’t so that was our fault. Also-the caulking outside along the floor of the shower was moldy/mildewed and there was some kind of black stuff at either end. The rest of the room was clean, though. I was just disappointed with the smell and mildew in the bathroom.

The property was well cared for and the area felt safe. There was good lighting in the parking lot. I enjoyed our stay.
