a generally positive experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the beach, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the safe.
However, I did find a few things that could be improved. Although there was a kitchenette, there wasn’t a proper table and chairs for dining, which made it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy meals in the room.
Overall, I would stay here again,

Whilst the hotel is 5 years old, the finish still looks quite new. Spacious and well appointed rooms, my room had plenty of natural air and light and as the Nova is not on a main road the hotel is very quiet. Great access to Kiama's main commercial areas.

We had a really great time. Unfortunately the weather was a bit wet, but I can imagine that this would be just the most wonderful place to visit on a bright sunny day.
Great location, and wonderful stuff. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell and felt a little bit small. But all in all, I'd definitely consider it again for my next trip to Kiama.

The accomodation was close enough to easily walk from the train station and the room was impeccable.

Great little property, modern rooms, a great family room with the bunks. Great restaurants within walking distance, onsite car parking. Sadly the pool wasn’t heated but we still enjoyed our stay.

Great motel which is in the centre of Kiama. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple.
A special mention to the lovely receptionist who is a huge asset to the motel. Above and beyond with professionalism.

The lifts were incredibly slow, and on our first morning there was no hot water and no communication to let us know. I couldn’t even look at the pool which is the first image on their page, as it was all blocked off and our room key card was programmed for the wrong room, all small things but very frustrating and disappointing.

Quiet place except for plumbing noises heard whenever someone used their bathroom. Beds comfortable. Rain shower head fantastic but water goes onto the floor soaking the bath mat. This is due to only having a half glass panel.
