A five star property all the way! Awesome staff, beautiful breakfast presentation, great comfy lounge, high end room details, overall blow your mind fantastic!

It was a really fun stay but we found the bed wasn’t to comfortable, the body towels were to small and there wasn’t a wide range of breakfast options

Excellent hotel - great steak in the restaurant for dinner, superb accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower for a wheelchair user, great location, friendly staff....would stay again for sure!

A modern interior hotel and bedroom with friendly staff that gave a warm welcome. The room was a good size, warm and a modern bathroom. The room included a coffee machine, tv and Bluetooth radio. A minibar with 4 drinks was also available, but pricey. The spa area with pool, sauna and steam room were all great and no extra cost to use. The ski lockers were inside and the area to put on your ski boots was carpeted and had plenty of room. The food at breakfast was ok, but only two hot options, the rest was cold. Not the best for a meal at the start of a ski day. Also the restaurant served crepes and a couple of other bites but only until 6pm. After that only a limited tapas menu was available. Again, not something we were looking for in a ski resort. Overall though the hotel was lovely, very nice staff and it was good value for money.

Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff with nice choice at breakfast. Room was quite small & dated but bathroom was spacious & everywhere was spotless clean. Would definitely stay here again

Hidden gem. New owners are really improving everything and it’s just a nice place to be.

Perfect location, superbly friendly and helpful staff, and the constant aroma from the creperie downstairs did not hurt, either.

Hotel with very good location in centre of Val D'Isere, close to lifts (although not ski-in, out as advertised), one of the few relatively affordable hotels in the area. The reception and bar areas have been recently refurbished, but the rest of hotel is quite outdated. Nice views from room and the restaurant. One significant negative: The staff in the breakfast restaurant seemed to only pay attention to French guests.

Great experience; great location in the middle of town; very friendly staff; complimentary breakfast was nice with lunch and dinner available for extra; climate control in the rooms might be a little bit outdated and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable but excellent value for the price; lockers included for skis; stayed for a week and had very little to complain about.
