Prompt response when we phoned a shuttle bus for pick up from airport. Breakfast included was good close to airport shops and restaurants.

When I first arrived, I thought the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work. I was wrong. I just needed to adjust the settings. The room is a fine size for the price and the food was delicious. This is truly my favorite hotel in the Philippines so far.

The room was tiny, 10' by 10' and felt claustrophobic. What made it worse is the lack of external windows. The small window looked out to the interior hallway. The hotel amenities are fine except for the size of the room. The breakfast is good and there is a shuttle to the airport. The location is nice since you can walk to a coffee shop, groceries, laundry, etc.

We had a 1 a.m. flight out, so needed some place to rest our bones for ten or so hours before heading out to join the lines for exiting Cebu. This place worked out just fine. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the area, but very fortunately, Felicity Island had its own generator. That power outage did affect our plans to stop in at a nearby spa for a treatment before leaving--temps were in the 30˚ C. range, so sweating to therapeutic massage deterred us from that. The room was small, but the bed comfortable. Service was excellent and we had a quick trip to CEB airport as needed.

Staff is really kind so that I didn't feel any inconveniences during stay.

The staff here is by far the best I have seen in the Philippines. The free breakfast had a lot of great choices and was amazing. There are several restaurants in walking distance however the restaurant on site is awesome. I loved this place and it will definitely be my go-to whenever i fly into or out of Cebu in the future!

The room, dining and airport shuttle are very good. The hotel is close to the airport. The hotel provides an variety of breakfast food for the guests. I will stay at this hotel in future travels through Cebu. The guest experience was wonderful.

Small room that was fine for one night and very helpful staff with breakfast. Music could be heard all night and no room darkening blind or curtain. The airport shuttle was convenient.

I recently stayed overnight at Felicity Island (4/2/2024) and had a mixed experience. Here’s a breakdown: 1. Convenient Location: The hotel’s proximity to the airport was fantastic, making it a convenient choice for travelers. 2. Friendly Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice, accommodating, and friendly throughout my stay, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. 3. Restaurant and Free Breakfast: Having a restaurant on-site was a great convenience, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus, offering a good start to the day. 4. Lack of Elevator: Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator was a downside, especially when lugging heavy luggage. However, the hotel staff were always ready to assist when needed, which helped mitigate the inconvenience. 5. Dark and Claustrophobic Rooms: My biggest disappointment was with the room assigned to me, located in the basement without any windows. This made the room feel incredibly claustrophobic and dark, which significantly impacted my overall comfort during the stay. In conclusion, while the hotel had its positives, such as its convenient location and friendly staff, the lack of elevator and the unpleasant room experience were notable drawbacks that affected my overall satisfaction with the stay.

No wardrobe hang your clothes no power points around tv area

This hotel is a great value close to the airport and they provided a shuttle service to the airport. In the future I will stay at this hotel again.

Aircon, very efficient, comfortable bed, very professional staff, shower hot water ideal. very little space around the bed, no chair for sitting, no elevator.
