Excellent hotel with excellent services

30 min walk to Athens, quite far.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. One little thing I didn’t enjoy was the nightclub next door blaring music until like 3 in the morning every morning.

Very loud traffic and music all night long.

Overall my room and the hotel in general were clean and the service was good. The breakfast provided was alright, and the hotel's restaurant is pretty good too.

Falls advertising because they saud on the website there is a laundry facility and they had none, The first day i checked in i couldn't sleep so noisy all night till morning, i called my travel agency and they cibracted the manager, the manager/hotel didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience toled me to check out and go to a different hotel, they didn’t want to offer me anything else for my inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable it is not family and kids friendly place, lot of stripers rent the apartments I think. Staff was friendly but overall just very uncomfortable stay due to the extreme noise and not having laundry, not being able to adjust temperatures in the room(they said not to adjust) they said to eat atcthire restaurant only and outside food wasn't allowed(the restaurant food wasn't the best and I didn’t want to eat that every day) Due to all the inconveniences i checked out friday 29th insted of 31st. I just didn’t want to be there , they didn’t even refund me for the dates i didn’t stay. Never going back again and will not recommend it to anyone as im part of a big social media group that we all go to Greece for a fertility clinic.

Quaintness

The hotel is located 27 minutes from the acropolis or you can take a bus, to the metro station and is one stop after that to acropolis. The internet connection is very bad, so not ideal for work, the hotel is nice, except for the fact that there is very little around there. No shops or pharmacies. The Grand Hyatt is across, the street and that’s about the only thing to eases the plainest of the area. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Un hotel pequeño en Atenas, se puede parquear al frente del hotel relativamente facil. No tiene parqueadero. El desayuno es suficiente. El acceso al transporte publico de Atenas muy facil, parada de bus muy cerca del hotel. Lo unico que debes saber es que el hotel esta al lado de un strip-club de adultos. Pero la verdad es que nunca me senti inseguro o vi problemas a pesar que en ocasiones llegabamos muy tarde.
