I was kind of disappointed, there was a swimming pool and hot tub, but it was under construction. They were going to offer us another Hilton hotel in the area to go swimming. Which seemed like this seemed like a big inconvenience. We were scheduled to go here after our cruise and I changed hotels.

I liked this hotel and could stay again. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. Food and service in the restaurant is excellent. The pool is also nice and was great to have now that you couldn't swim in the sea due to the hurricanes. The hotel is in a quiet location which we liked but others might prefer to have more bars and restaurants nearby.
A couple of things could improve. The air condition in the room is extremely noisy and blows right in your face. The staff at the reception could be a bit more attentive and service-minded.

We were hurricane refugees and Compass was a welcoming place to land for a few days. Staff was amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful and kind. This is our third stay. We’ll come back if the occasion arises.

My stay was absolutely terrible, I had one of my items missing from my room and so far had no follow up from upper management.

We left the hotel with multiple bug bites all over our bodies.
When I called to tell them about it I felt the person I spoke
to was lacking any empathy.
I was told there was a certain bug around the property
that causes all the bites. if that is the case than I would expect more extermination.

Was absolutely thrilled with the amazing performance of this hotel! Staff members were beyond friendly and ready to help! Hotel was very clean and maid service came to the room everyday which was phenomenal! Breakfast was beyond expectations! Amazing selection and healthy options as well. Pool was very clean and perfect ledges to sit and for little ones to play at. Great experience and will definitely visit in the future!

We stayed 8 days at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From checkin to checkout and everything in between was great. Very impressed by the service and the staff. Breakfast is great although a bit too early for my liking. The hotel is very clean. We had a delux room and it was great I just wish it had more room to store your belongings and also adding a safe in a room would be great. Special thanks to Ms. Dawn from a breakfast area. Such a sweet and very helpful lady. From deck staff was also very very helpful and courteous. Overall, great time at this hotel. Would come back and recommend to others. Thank you.

This would have been a great stay accept the room was unbearable hot. The hallway to our room was even hotter. We had someone come to our to check it out and they said it was the coldest it would get. Definitely feel like we wasted our money on this room.

There were blood stains on our sheets, I’m pretty sure we contracted lice from the room. The pool was way over crowded with very rude people that hit me with a football.

The staff was very thoughtful and checked in daily to see if had any needs. The rooms were a good size and clean. The AC was nice and COLD, especially on over 90 degree days, unlike other hotels where you question whether it is working. Already planning to go back!

Very nice hotel. The breakfast really was awesome. The bar is nice. Location was convenient if traveling to Ana Maria (Island or Sound?) Everything was good except the floor in the bedroom was pretty dirty. Every time we got in the shower we’d bring in gray footsteps. It’s mostly concerning because my toddlers play on the floor. Otherwise, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our vacation.

Amazing stay! Everyone from front desk to wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and views of the any are very nice. Great place to stay if you are visiting Anna Maria Island !

This is our second time staying here as a family. I love how quiet and calm the hotel is. I love how you can walk around and feel safe (even letting my child walk about I wasn't worried) I love the sunset views and how you can enjoy a perfect view from any part of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, even and breakfast rush hour they are always paying attention to make you feel at easy and everything is always clean. The food is amazing whether at breakfast or ordering from the hotel restaurant. Definitely the best place for some quiet family time.

The only thing we did not like was the mosquitoes around the pool area, other than that it was perfect. Thanks for the great time!

From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted. They were able to accommodate my request for a top floor room. The bar was well stocked and the bartender very friendly. The Floridays restaurant had good food and good service. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and large, modern bathroom and shower. It was a quick easy drive over the bridge to Anna Maria Island. Very happy to have found this hotel and we definitely plan on returning as we journey around Florida.

Great stay, super friendly staff (special mention to Cynthia and Dawn who were both lovely), great room, very comfy bed. Room felt like it needed more storage and places for hanging bathing suits/towels. Cocktails at Floridays are very expensive.
