The Brownwood far exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to answer any of our questions. The rooms are del unique, and the elevator service is quick and efficient.

Beautiful

I really enjoyed my stay. The beds are super comfortable, the shower and bathroom are lovely, and there's no shortage of space to stash clothes/work stuff/snacks. A few things would have made it better, though. It's great to have room-key-card-controlled lights, but when the front desk hands everyone an extra key so they can leave it in the slot when they leave their room, that's really not "green", is it? The food at Wolfgang Puck's was wonderful. Breakfast was good, too, but it would be nice to have an option that isn't a $22 buffet. Finally, we don't mind the pet fee, but being handed TWO dog poop bags for our stay felt a little cheap. We bring our own, but to hand people two seems sort of silly. The bathrooms have lit cosmetic mirrors, but they're really not designed for people 5'4" and shorter — I had to stand on my tiptoes to reach it. Overall, though, this is a wonderful hotel, and when I have work in The Villages again, I'll likely return here. I appreciate so much the nods to Florida's cattle past — and present.

The staff is so friendly especially Nicky at the lobby bar. She went above and beyond to be kind to me while k was going through a hard time. I won’t forget it

3rd stay , great clean hotel.

The hotel was so lovely. My only complant was that the floor in the suite was dirty. During the moment where i took my shoes off and walked around, my feet were almost black, then socks became very dirty. I had never had feet or socks that dirty from a hotel room floor. For the price of a suite, clean the floor please.

An absolutely beautiful property that is resort like. Definitely a top tier hotel. Great pool with lounges and cabanas. Decor is beautiful and top end. Definitely try it.

Property was exactly as pictures. Very clean and friendly staff.

The cleanliness and the theme of the hotel is remarkable. Very unique and quite fitting for the area. I have stayed there three times. This place will be my go to whenever we are in the area and in need of rest.

We had the best time visiting with Nikki, Laura and Hayden. Nothing beats great conversation and service.
