Room and property was clean and the stay was very quiet. The room was a little worn but overall in good condition. Breakfast was just OK but the location was very convenient to other options for food. Overall a 4.5 stars

It was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel close to everything you would need in monroe. Wonderful hot showers and comfortable beds. Perfectly functioning air conditioning units. Nice warm pool. 24 hours available coffee was nice.

Very clean and friendly staff

Nice hotel. Staff was not super friendly, but they were efficient. I got a room that smelled like cheese and they changed us right away. The hotel is nice. Nice pool. No towels though. There was a phone, and the staff was informed. Apparently they ran out of clean towels. We had to walk soaking up to our room. Ok fitness area. Nice pool table. Fun board games to go with kids. Breakfast is ok, not the best, but for one night it was fine. I got there, there were no eggs left, or cups for the coffee, and a big “no milk” sign was displayed over the cereals. After insisting, all was replenished. The room was nice; simple, but well designed. Beds were comfortable. I slept so well. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Large parking. A few restaurants you can drive to; it is a suburban area.

Front desk was rude and snapped off at me when I checked in. She kind of apologized to my wife after and said she thought we were someone else…. I did not appreciate it. The room we booked was a double room king (up charge from standard king) but the room was so small we could not move in the room. When my wife inquired about the room, the front desk said all king rooms are the same and they don’t have a double room with a king. The mattress was uncomfortable as well, 2 nights and 2 days if sore backs for both my wife and I. We will never stay here again.

Very clean and quiet

Our room was not fully cleaned, as there was food and hair on the floor when we arrived. Everything else was in good shape, and that NOT SOAP, RADIO hand soap was absolutely amazing - best smelling soap we have ever used. Other then that, the hotel was decent, provided lots of little fun things to do (pool, swimming, board games, etc.) but the walls were on the thinner side and being a pet-friendly hotel, we experienced some loud dogs on our floor too - not fun at 2am to hear dogs barking...

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm, we also enjoyed playing pool at the hotel.

The free pool table, board game's and swimming pool were awesome for entertaining our kids and their friends!! There was also lots of comfortable seating inside and outside for the adults to hangout!

Nice stay

WHAT I DIDNT LIKE — I am handicap and requested a handicap room. I also need to use a rollator walker. Room was so small it was almost impossible to get around. The bathroom had no safety rails next to the toilet which made it difficult to get up and down the toilet seat — safety bars should be a requirement TV was impossible to get any station. Instructions should be provided !

Gave me a handicap room? Water runs out onto the bathroom floor. I think they should inform you at least upon arrival.

Overall it was okay, only a few minor issues. The room was much smaller than the pictures, and it had a door going to another room which I didn't really like, but it was locked so it wasn't a huge deal. One of the beds was right underneath a smoke detector or some other device that had a bright green flashing light that was really annoying. The free breakfast was pretty bad honestly. Everything else was fine though. Clean room, easy check-in, quiet, clean pool area.

One room could not be locked…had to wait for a maintenance guy to fix the door. One room reeked of marijuana smoke and we struggled with the front desk to get us lives to a different room.
