Near the airport

Elevator was broken. The room floor was dirty, like actual dirt on the entrance way. And not a speck but it could have been mopped clean. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Great hotel. Booked due to better pricing than others but was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be staying again.

The building looked abandoned when I got off the bus. The surrounding area is overgrown with weeds and there’s nothing nearby.

Cleaner than other hotels in area, simple, comfortable room. No frills, but friendly service staff. Better value than many Amsterdam hotels.

Overall good location for airport. However room 105 is in need of repairs. Booked hotel based on 5 person capacity. However pull out sofa was in disrepair and unusable. Staff clearly aware as they had jury rigged it with crates under the mattress and pillows to try and make it serviceable. We didn’t realize this till bedtime and had to suffer through.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Given erroneous information a few days before the check in when we called the hotel and were told there was no laundry facilities. There is actually a free laundry washer and dryer set up that we used. Hotel breakfast was a little pricey so we did not use it. The room is spacious with a large bathroom. Well insulated. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to hotels in Amsterdam centraal area. I would estimate they are price about one third. But the downside is a 40-50 min bus ride/tram ride to centraal, each way. I enjoyed the commute with the locals and bus passes the airport. Beware there are no convenience or grocery stores in the area.

We stayed in a suite for 4 people, it was very spacious and comfortable, no airport shuttle bus but there was a bus stop outside. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience, and good value for money.

Fire alarm went off at 5AM. It took them about an hour to turn it off. As a result we could not have breakfast. We requested the refund but they said it could not be done.

The hotel interior and room were very nice and was a nice surprise as the exterior is a bit basic. Staff were helpful and had a good quiet night’s sleep. Bed comfortable and room well appointed.

Stayed one night with rental car, free parking, good breakfast.

The room was very nice, with a good kitchenette and roomy refrigerator. The induction stove was a little hard to figure out. The bus to Amsterdam picks up right by the hotel. Cons: The bed was VERY firm. Also, the lighting in the room was not conducive to reading in bed, and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible for doing makeup. The shower was very difficult to figure out, as well.

The property is a short walk to the bus that takes you to Schiphol or Amsterdam. Very efficient.

Super nice hotel. Friendly and smiling staff. Nice room. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Very clean hotel. Even the gym is good for an hotel. I recommend for sure.

Dirty kitchen, no equipment so difficult to cook, bed too hard, cleaning should notice the sign on the door

We just had one night since our flight had been cancelled but we were very happy with the accommodation. Family of 5 fitted easily into the room and everything was top quality.

Comfortable room. We had a multi bed suite and the room was very large, clean and contained all amenities for a long or short stay.

I am willing to rate this hotel very highly because of how much I enjoyed my stay. My family and I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast was truly awesome. The manager and staff were amazing team. I could go on and on. If you’re in Amsterdam check them out!
