You oriental woman at check in was exceptional…. Cordial, efficient, helpful.

The property was clean and felt safe. Liked that we could walk to shopping . The parking arrangements for free parking are with another company. We received a voucher to park. We ran into a problem with voucher not working. We had been told by staff to pay for parking in this even and we would be refunded. Well, we are one month later and still no refund. Apparently the refund is in process now after we followed up with both parties. The customer service needs improvement. One month later, and still waiting for a refund. We did filll out required paperwork and left receipt . The parking company and Marriott staff need to improve their communication on the process and expedite the refund.

Tried to cancel my reservation a few days in advance. Was told it was non refundable and I had to eat the cost of a reservation l couldn’t get to. I will never use Expedia or Marriot again unless I am comped a room of my choice in the future or receive some serious discounts.

Staff wasn’t hospitable

I love this hotel a lot. It is clean and convenient for dining and shopping, and it is an excellent experience when you have a little one with you to take the subway to downtown Montreal.

This is a newly developing area of Brossard, and the location is great to take in lots of the local fare.

They had a lack of supplies, no slippers, shortage of kettles…. Room was clean, but did not have necessities.

Excellent hotel

Like the location and convenience. There are shopping around the area. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Free parking and free EV charging is great if the ev chargers worked. Out of 8 may be only 2 of them worked and always being used. We had the king size bed room with a pull out sofa bed. Room was nice and clean when we arrived. Sound proofing could be better as we could hear loud engine revving outside our window and other units when they slam their door. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and would consider again when revisiting Montreal.

Very pleasant stay

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff who seemed to care about guests personally. When I requested something my husband could sit on in the shower, they immediately brought a proper bath chair.

Located next to the REM station, it was very convenient to get to downtown.

Property was well located in a safe neighborhood with lots of dining options close by. It was only about a 20 min drive to Old Port and Downtown Montreal.
