The room was spacious and comfortable. Lobby was clean. Breakfast was a big plus for us. The location was away from other places if you want walking distance to nearby restaurants. The room could add a mirror outside of the bathroom.

Great place! Nice staff. Lots of parking. Rooms are spacious and offer stove top, pots, pans, utensils and plates so you can cook while on your stay. Beds are clean and comfortable as well.

Room is good, facilities are great but breakfast is a mess, always short of good and waited long line for the cook on spot items.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel and the room. The bed was really comfortable. The room looked luxurious. My only complaint is the parking. They charge for parking and the front desk lady said she wouldn’t charge but they still did. Why do they charge for parking? To pay for breakfast? Or the few charging stations? Idk.

Beautiful room, very clean , had everything we needed except ice. Ice was on first floor only and we did not have container to get ice. Asked a housekeeper who looked at me with a blank face, clearly did not speak English.

People who manage the desk were very response, humanistic, and caring. The room was very clean, and it was nice touch to have the welcome greetings on the TV monitor.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Bad experience. Fridge makes strange sound. I couldnt get the housekeeping the day I wanted. Had an issue with motion senso, light and concent was not working. Had to move the room. They take $4000 for deposit and later the corporate card is not proceed to make $300? It makes the my business trip back stressful.

The Hotel was nice, clean and roomy. My only issue is I booked a room with mutiple beds. But instead they only had a room with a king bed and no additional beds. Was disappointed but kept reservation.

Brand new hotel, super clean and comfortable. It’s close to the highway but still very quiet, so that was a good surprise. Comfortable bed and good shower too.
The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, so we totally recommend this place.

It was a nice hotel we were disappointed that the toilet kept making noise and backing up. It made it seem like a dirty location. We had maintenance out 2 times and it still wasnt fixed.

I enjoyed it. Big enough for a family of 5 and very clean. Close to the great mall, Trader Joe’s and freeway.I would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was just a few miles from the airport. The staff were very friendly. The room was bigger than most hotel chains. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa sleeper! The room was very clean when we arrived. When we got to breakfast, we were greeted by an awesome view of the sunrise and the mountains just across the street. Then, the chef made great made to order eggs and potatoes. There were also many other offerings for breakfast. We will definitely come back here, especially if we are headed to a 49ers game...or the Sharks.
