Sarah took time to meet us the next morning after a late check-in and she was so helpful and accommodating. We would not hesitate to return or recommend her lovely Inn... and her scones!!

Rooms were spacious, the separate sitting area was large enough to be passable even with large sofa bed expanded. Large fridge meant we could keep all our beverages and meds cold. Location at end of dead end street, but right in downtown, was perfect, quiet and so very convenient. Breakfast was lovely, good coffee, terrific quiche, scones that I want to try making at home, other stuff I didn't eat as I was so happy with quiche and scones. This combination of space, location, and food makes this my new favorite BnB in Naugatuck. (And communication was excellent!)

Just the best experience! My husband, who doesn’t like B&Bs, loved this. Sarah is a terrific hostess, she made staying very enjoyable!
Having off street parking in downtown Saugatuck is fantastic. Everything is walkable. Most rooms have their own entrance, so you aren’t walking through someone’s home to get to your room. We had the Old Harbor Suite which had it’s own porch. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Sarah, the owner, was very thoughtful and caring. (And she makes an excellent breakfast.) The property was amazingly clean and in a great location. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Went for a mother daughter weekend , and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was nothing short of exceptional. Sarah was an outstanding hostess and wonderful chef. Her breakfasts were delish!!

The property was quaint and charming. It was a great location to the historic downtown but what really makes this property unique is the host Sarah. She was available, responsive, personable and made the best scones ever. We will definitely be back.

very quaint and quiet location on side street. Can park your vehicle entire weekend, and walk everywhere. Would be nice to have a microwave in room for popcorn or heating up your coffee. Excellent water pressure in shower! very spa like. Would come again.

My family and I loved our stay at the Luckystone Inn! The property is extremely charming and set back on a quiet street yet you are super close to downtown Saugatuk. We had the Old Harbor suite which has its own private porch with a porch swing which we loved to hang out on. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. My kids always complain when they have to sleep on a pullout couch but they loved their bed here and said it felt like a "real bed". Breakfast was amazing - homecooked by Sarah both days, and we all went back for seconds and even thirds. Sarah is warm and welcoming and friendly and clearly wants to ensure you have the best possible stay while there. We'll be back!

Owner was super friendly and attentive. Gave great recommendations regarding local food and entertainment. Communicated effectively over phone, text and chat. We loved the location as it was walking distance from everything and fit our young family of 4. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was homemade and from scratch. We will definitely visit again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at the Luckystone Inn. The Location can't be beat and every room is so charming. You are steps away from downtown restaurants, shops and the promenade. The Inn keeper makes breakfast every morning for the guests with allergy accommodating items and the most delicious food using local fruit and ingredients. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 (each room has a separate bedroom.) This is such a cozy, charming place and would be perfect in summer, fall, winter or spring. We can't wait to go back.

Luckystone is A GREAT bnb in a great vacation town. Chilled, elegant, beaches, boats and more when you add in Holland and South Haven. Luckystone is a perfect location, the BEST hostess ever! and great fresh breakfast too!

The Luckystone Inn is a fantastic option when visiting Saugatauk. Sarah is a wonderful host that cares about her guests and really made our stay memorable. Location is perfect, just a short walk from everything - shopping, dining, and the waterfront. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We are already planning our return visit!

The four bedroom Inn provided excellent access to all the shopping, dining, and recretion facilitys. The owner was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating and friendly. Because the inn is old, it has excellent charm and is well accommidated. Parking was great. But, having the window installed airconditioning system was a bit of a nuisance to use in our room; however, I am not sure what other options exist. Usualy the weather is cool enough to not requiring A/C

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect... walkable to the adorable town & within 10 minute drive of many other activities. It poured rain one day and Sarah had great suggestions for things to do. Sarah is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Michigan.

Luckystone Inn was fantastic! A lovely place to rest and rejuvenate for a few days. Excellent location right in the heart of Saugatuck harbor with easy walking ability to restaurants and shops. Sarah is a lovely and very friendly hostess. Door code lock system with private entry makes it a very easy and flexible stay. She even provides breakfast including some fantastic muffins. Competitively priced compared to the other options in the area without sacrificing any of the quality. Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the area!

When Sarah found out we were celebrating my daughter's 45th birthday, she upgraded our room to a first-floor with sitting area (and direct porch access.) She was so solicitous about our comfort: abundant coffee, yogurt, juice, muffins, pillows, towels, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine! The king-sized bed was really comfortable. Bonus: location! Even at 70+ years, I was easily able to walk everywhere.

Sarah, the host, was so sweet! She gave us a very warm welcome and made things so easy. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, I haven’t slept that well in forever. The only thing I would note is that the breakfast provided was a bit lacking. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we’re ever in town!

The Luckystone Inn is a fabulous four suite inn in downtown Saugutuck close to all the restaurants/nightlife, shopping, and the waterfront. Tucked just off the main street it is quiet but close to everything. While the Inn was at full occupancy we also never heard noise from the other guests. The yummy breakfast fueled us well to start our days. Sarah, the owner, was on site every morning tending to breakfast but also making recommendations, answering questions and chatting. Our stay at the Luckystone Inn was comfortable and easy-going.
