A super intimate hotel. 10 rooms, two on each floor. Beautiful view from the 4th floor of Spinola Bay. Very nice service. They take care of every detail and the comfort of their guests! Thank you!!! There are two European sockets/adapters in the room. They were very useful! Delicious à la carte breakfast. Although the bagels were fantastic, they were baked a little differently every day. But I'm very happy with the taste sensations! Cleaning every day. A very nice lady, she will take care of every detail in the room. Tasty coffee in the room. A useful kettle. Large elegant desk. Balcony with a nice sea view. Fantastic spot!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a normal room and it was big and very clean. We also had a big balcony, which was great. The breakfast was always delicious.

Overall it was very very good. They were very helpful and supportive. I would say that the view from the balconies is not as open to the harbour as the photos suggest, especially in the Junior suites. This needs to be made clearer in the online site adverts. Also the noise from the restaurant downstairs can be heard quite a lot in the room. This does go off at exactly 11pm however, and the morning is very peaceful. Overall however, it is a lovely hotel, with very spacious and clean rooms, with a great location and great people running it.

Air conditioning was not working properly on night 1 and the water pressure was really weak. Last day on checkout I didn’t have hot water. Also it was way too noisey even with the double glazing. Hardly slept all week. Other than that, the staff were amazing and very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, staff were very friendly and the room were clean and great place to stay.

The 123 Mainstreet Hotell in St. Julian was a great place to stay with excellent service and great service. Please be sure and ask exact location details…while the location is excellent, locating the hotel can be challenging….especially at night.

This is a small, very modern, nicely designed hotel with about 10 well appointed, modernly furnished, spacious rooms. The hotel has no parking (as many buildings in St Julian's have). There is a car park near by, about 3 min walk away. Also, since parking is a problem throughout the island and public transportation is good, you might want to reconsider to rent a car, anyway.

Everything was perfect! Cozy and clean room, kind and nice hosts, good location. We could loved and enjoyed there. If we have a plan to go Malta, I will stay there again.

What a stunning location! We stayed in room 10 on the top floor and we’re wowed by the beautiful view from the balcony of our very comfortable large room. The bed was King sized and super comfortable. The ammenities are of a superior standard. We started each day with a lovely coffee from the in room machine which was well equiped. There was a stocked mini bar fridge in the room; though we bought our own supplies and used it to store snacks such as cheese and wine. Location is exceptional, with everything at your doorstep ; transport, shops and restaurants. The only thing that we found annoying was a barking little dog in the building next door. I would happily recommend this as an excellent place to stay.

Superbly clean and new hotel. Ideal location for both quietness but also local night life and restaurants. When can we go back?
