We stayed at the hotel after a late arrival at DIA. Shuttle picked us up at the airport and it was convenient.
No frills hotel… but worth the money

Great stay! I was worried that because of my late arrival flight I wouldn’t be able to check in. The front desk reassured me with their 24 hour shuttle as well as letting me know I could still check in after midnight.

The room was fine but honestly we probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of the attitude of the girl at the front desk. When questioned about paying for parking since we booked through hotels.com and it didn’t mention parking she said, “we should have looked at the website”, “it’s only $10, what’s the big deal”, “this is the way the world is now”, and “ I don’t know why do you keep bringing it up” after I had completely dropped the situation because I was so dumbfounded by her attitude. She was extremely aggressive and we almost left but just needed a place to sleep for 6 hours before an early flight.

While it was a very clean and up to date hotel, the lack of carpet made for a very loud stay. The people above us were walking back and forth and probably not intending to be loud, but you could hear every foot step until about 3am. We had to be up by 4 to catch a flight so not a restful night. The staff at the desk was kind and helpful. It was very clean.

This was just what we needed after a long day of travel and a flight the next day. The bed were SO comfy! Room was sparse but still had everything we needed to repack and get ready. The free breakfast in the morning was enough for each of us to get the day going and the 24 hour coffee was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was a nice stay, wish shuttle would have gone to rental car locations. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and was very clean. Walking distance to restaurants was nice. Really liked the cubbies for clothes and luggage. The openness made sure you didn’t forget anything. The pool and gym were also very nice. Would stay again

Property was relatively clean, but structurally, it seemed like the fit and finish and build of the hotel was subpar. With the door room closed, we were still getting light coming into the room from the hallway. Walls were thin and we could hear anytime someone opened their room door. Wouldn’t stay again.

Just a simple, no-nonsense hotel with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and large showers. Very, very clean. Everything looks new. More reasonably priced than other hotels near the Denver International hotel. On-Time shuttle services to the airport. Staff are gentle and sweet. Check-in was smooth, efficiently done, by a very nice person who set the tone for a tranquil stay. After I arrived at the airport, I realized I had forgotten my iPhone in the room. Within half-an-hour, my husband received a call and text that they had found it, then they mailed it to me! Don't think I could say all of this of a fancier, pretentious hotel. Thank you!

This was a nice clean, friendly staffed and convenient for getting to the airport super early, hotel to stay at!! Definitely would recommend and we will stay here again when we travel out of Denver next time.

The hotel is clean. The property is well kept & seems fairly new. The staff is friendly & helpful. Cesar was exceptionally helpful. I also noticed that he was very helpful & attentive to our guests. I recommend.

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. My 4:30 am shuttle never showed, and the driver drove right by 3 of us standing out front. I ended up depending on a neighboring hotel shuttle at 5 am. The grounds across the street are sadly lined with trash. I didn’t feel safe walking my puppy over there.

Booked 2 beds called confirming because we were arriving in a late night flight. Get to hotel and only had a King left for us. There were 4 of us! Awful experience.

When I arrived at the hotel they did not have my room available they offer to give me another room in a different hotel. When I got to the other hotel they didn’t have any rooms available either. Very frustrating, no managers to fix the issue the second hotel wanted me to go back to the first hotel to fix the issue.

This is a nice option if you don’t live in Denver and have an early morning flight. We live over 2.5hrs from the airport, so we choose to stay near DIA when we have early morning flights, and Avid is a great choice. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, Shuttle to the airport…

Pictures look decent, but kind of disappointed with the fact that paid close to 250$ per night just to find dirty towels! Limited amenities,” breakfast” included, 😂joke of a breakfast! I get it its near airport but people stay here simply due to flight cancellations or some other airline crap, so for that price i was expecting much more would not stay again….as simple as that…

We stayed here before an early morning flight. After reading the bad reviews about the free airport shuttle before we booked we decided to take a chance. Well, the reviews were correct. The shuttle was fully booked and we had to order an uber. That is very disappointing because that was a major part of why we booked here. Upon our return the shuttle took over 30 minutea to pick us up.

I talked to the front desk clerk 3 times about shuttle service to the airport. We were told to just show up. When were leaving the shuttle driver said we needed to schedule an appointment. The next available shuttle was 2 1/2 hours.
