I would say a great hotel and well equipped (gym, pool etc). Clean rooms and helpful staff. Let us check in at midday which is convenient. Clise to town and cool folf carts at tge weekend.

There wasnt much we didnt like, we're definitely coming back! They had every amenitie we would want even laundry, the staff were exeedingly helpful and the hotel premises are beautiful.

Our stay was amazing. We had a very nice room that was extremely comfortable, spacious and modern. Check in was quick the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will be staying here again.

Loved this hotel. I was traveling for the weekend with my husband and our 2 young kids. The room was clean and I felt completely comfortable with my kids being all over the stuff in the room. The shower pressure is amazing and love the toiletries provided in the shower. The room has ample space and love the decor. The ladies attending the breakfast area were great. They both made sure my kids got what they wanted and also made sure I got a fresh pot of coffee. We will definitely stay here again!

The front desk agent was less than welcoming. There was a man smoking a joint at the entrance of the side by the pool and it seems there was a large group staying in the hotel that was less than respectable for quiet hours, slamming doors, loud music, loitering in the hallways, screaming. Security was not enforcing quiet hours. Raise the rates and keep the hotel classy or your going to loose more clients.

Everything was perfect but absolutley no place to get food except for breakfaast. the bar was never open until teh weekend and the bar tender had probably one of the worst attitutudes to not only me but th eother guest while getting orders for drinks. This is not the firs ttime we have faced his unhappiness with what he does. We've complained to the front desk but not sure that will do any good.

It was a great location for our trip. Even even though we did not use it they had a shuttle taking people downtown if they wanted to go. The property was very clean and breakfast was good and everyone was nice and helpful and serving.

We were there to be vendors at a reptile show at the RP Funding Center. The location is perfect, the front desk staff were super nice. The room was big and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Nice place to stay for the airshow. My husband is handicapped and everything met our needs. Pool very accessible, only wish it was heated. Bed was so comfortable. Loved that there is a Kuerig in the room. Breakfast was just okay. We were not a fan of the bacon or French toast. Overall happy that we picked this hotel.

Booked this reservation after searching for pet friendly properties. After an entire day on the road we check in only to be pets are not allowed. Very disappointing and discouraged. I

Super stoked about our trip to Lakeland this Easter weekend! Our hotel was amazing! Really clean as nd just what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and it great to see the staff place Easter eggs for the guest. Very welcoming!
