Clean, quiet, convenient location in North Lake Tahoe, with nice coffee. The check-in messaging for the days and weeks leading up to the visit were a little over the top. There is no AC which made for warm nights sleeping, though they tried to address with fans, and the mattresses are a little older. Good value for the money in the area, it gives you what you need.

The hotel is nice and clean and in good condition. However there is no air conditioning, but instead have fans in the room. On warm days/nights you’ll need to open the sliding glass door to let in the cool air because there are no windows. Of course this leaves your room unlocked and opened while you are sleeping, and at the least lets in the noise from the pool, which is right outside every room.

This place was nice. Very clean and easy to get to. I would stay here again. You never see any staff at the facility but they reply to texts if you need anything.

I like that property was clean and across road from Lake Tahoe. Beds comfortable. Had fireplace, minifridge etc. It looked like interior had been recently updated. Quiet. I didn't like the small bathroom. Had no place to set toiletries. No blow dryer. Exterior looks very dated and old.

Very clean, and easy to access our room. Nice, clean pool. Easy, clean laundry area.

Location is amazing, right across the street from beach. Can you all to coffee and food. Staff very nice and everything was clean. Suggestions would be better air circulation in room. Felt stuffy and muggy. Portable fans helped. Mattresses are soft. All in all, we would stay again for that location and price.

The best motel stay ever.

If you’re handy with your phone and downloading apps and checking in remotely because there’s no front desk then this place is pretty good for the price super clean and cute inside with a fireplace new tile new carpet super comfy bed and the cleaning staff gal that was running around, trying to help me find my room was super nice but when you’re driving around the lake and trying to book your next place to stay because you’re working there and having to do everything remotely if you’re not super comfortable with IT, this may not be a good hotel for you

Very comfortable and clean room. I had a poolside room and it was very quiet and the fireplace was a plus. Although the pool was being cleaned and prepared for the coming season, the hot tub was very nice. Overall a great place to stay and will stay again.

Self check-in with room number and cipher door lock code sent via text prior to arrival. On busy noisy highway if outside but room very quiet overnight. Stairs for access to any of 3 floors. Clean and recently updated.

I love how the virtual team welcome as when we arrived at the property. The room is spacious and with a fireplace for a quiet time.

It was quite a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was furnished warmly with all due amenities. The hotel is only a few steps away from Lake Tahoe.

Great location for the unbelievably beautiful Lake Tahoe. Slight issues with contactless check-in as I had 2 messages about credit card not being accepted, the second one after I'd called them and processed payments over the phone the day before (in response to the first message). At the time we arrived, another couple were trying to contact Firelite as they hadn't received the necessary information to access their room. So something isn't right with their process and you may need to be prepared to have issues gaining access

Nice small beach park across the road. Road can be noisy at times. Room is clean and well acquainted. It’s a contactless registration, and adherence to the text (sms), email instructions prior to arrival is required.

Great room

Great place, I will stay there again. I trave quite a bit. Very often I am frustrated by minor inconveniences such as not enough pillows or towels, no in room coffee or only enough pods/pack for 1 or 2 cups of regular coffee. Not the case here. Each of the two beds had 4 pillows, 6 pods of (Regular caffeinated) coffee, plenty of towels. Even had Wine glasses, cork puller and paper plates and plastic ware. I appreciate these extra amenities. The room we were given was (in our opinion) in the least desirable location however it was fine. Next time I will request a room that is not on the first level. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled and was tastefully decorated.

Well appointed rooms, convenient location

Nice accommodations for a long weekend. Quiet. Strange fan on floor by fireplace. Location was nice for accessing different towns. 45 minutes to Reno.

I booked a pool side room with a patio. When I arrived I was given a room with a view of the roof. I contacted the in and they said that there were no poolside rooms available when I made the booking. I asked them if the pricing was the same and they said yes. That is difficult for me to understand because all I had was a window with a view of a roof, how could that be the same pricing as a room with a balcony or patio? The room was right next to the laundry room and every time the washing machines were in the spin cycle the walls in the floors shook and it was very loud. The hot tub was very murky so it did not look usable to me. Every time I ran the fireplace heater, which was the only source of heat in the room, I would sneeze and cough, so I was unable to use it. It seemed like it needs to be cleaned. The room is clean and the bed and linens are nice. Other than the washing machine, it was quiet.

I like the fireplace for heating

An excellent location on the north Lake Tahoe shore. Close to many dining options and also hikes/trails along the lake. Comfortable accommodations at a great price!

Nice clean quiet property across the street from a public boat ramp on the lake. Away from the bustle of casinos and major businesses, but close enough, and a coffee shop just down the block
