Beautiful place!

The overall facilities are good except the TV is setting too high position, not comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication with host. Walkable to the village.

Our stay at Chateau Ridge was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly - from the initial contact before our arrival, our check-in process, during our stay and the day we checked-out. We really appreciated all the helpful info that was provided via email, text and the house manual available via QR code. The place was incredibly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 children). They really thought of everything - we didn't need to bring anything aside from the food we wanted to cook! We would definitely recommend Chateau Ridge to others. We can't wait to come back! Thanks Chris & team for a wonderful experience.

Excellent stay. Will do it again

This condo was great for our family of 5. It was clean, the towels, pillows and duvets were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and perfect. There was lots of room for everyone to work, play and relax. The gas fireplace was also lovely. The condo itself could use a little TLC, there was peeling paint at the general entrance on the ceiling and the common door didn’t always close securely without help. Inside the unit itself, there were many spots with chipped paint, the door knob to the main bathroom was loose, the door stops were falling out of the wall etc. the flooring was also gaping at the top of the first stair case. The dishwasher was a nice amenity but it doesn’t clean the dishes and some of the dishes had dried food on them even when we used them initially and we had to re wash by hand. We also really missed having laundry in unit, and a place to store our snowboards. Overall, with a little TLC this would be a perfect place to stay. The location can’t be beat and the price was very reasonable for the space you get!

I had a great stay at this vacation rental with my husband. It was super clean and spacious and the communication with Property Valet was great!

The A/C was on instead of the heat. It was really cold and took a while to warm up.

We had a wonderful stay

Spacious, clean, nice sitting area, big kitchen with lots of dishes and cups.

The location was great it was about 5-10 minute walk to the village. Communication was just ok. They send you lots of info but the important info is not communicated as well. Like linens provided was in an email 30 minutes before we arrived (it took us 3 hours to get there) or wifi username and password appears blank unless you click a link to find it which they do not tell you. Also, key info and instructions on how to get in were given but then there was no key in the lock box when we arrived so we stood outside for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come let us in. It showed a fireplace which was not allowed to be used and there was a jaccuzzi tub which the jets did not work. However, the beds were comfy, they had great options for tv and all and all we had a great trip.

The place is beautiful and clean. Staff was responsive to our questions. Self checkin was easy. The only thing is there is a fee if you want to check out later then the assigned time, so be aware of that.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and well appointed. It met all our needs and expectations. Some small points to consider. The master bedroom looks out over the main floor. They have installed glass to soundproof the room but there are no curtains (either on the glass partition or the main chalet windows) so the morning sun blazes into the room. Also, the facet in the ensuite bathroom needs to be replaced and the toilet seat needs to be tightened.

Clean and nice

The condo was lovely inside- up to date, clean and noise proof! The unit is perfect for couples but also great for family. We had alot of snow during our stay and snow removal in walkways was not completed early which was a bit of an issue and the walkway also got icy later on. The only issue inside the unit was the coffee maker keurig did not function properly and the BIG gorgeous windows looking out to the mountain was very dirty upon arrival. Would be nice to be able to enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend and book again!!

Property as nice. Close to hill. Its a nice condo but we were disappointed that fire place was not in working order and soaker tub was not working. The plave was cute and tidy but not as clean as other times i have stayed. Dirty pans in cupboards. Counters not wided very well. Drop something dehind a table and was shocked how dirty it was under furniture. There were towels but one small towel per person fir 3 days. Bring your own.

Fireplace was great. Kitchen was well equipped except no coffee! One high wall had marks of food or vomit on it and should have been cleaned or painted, disgusting looking.

I’ll stay here again next time

The condo was clean modern and spacious! Very quiet and the view of the ski mountain was amazing! Jaccuzzi wasnt hooked up , disappointing ,would have been the icing on the cake after a day of walking around the village!
