Our stay at the Margaritaville Hotel in Jacksonville was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, clean atmosphere and the incredibly welcoming staff. Every interaction with the team was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with pristine rooms and decor that perfectly captures the laid-back, beachy vibe. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ocean was pure bliss. The food was equally fantastic, with delicious meals that made dining a real treat. We’ve stayed at many places over the years, but after our experience here, we can confidently say we would never stay anywhere else when visiting Jacksonville. Margaritaville Hotel has truly set the bar high, and we can’t wait to return!

Loved the theme showing in every part of the hotel. I had a great day there, and the food was excellent. Good location to everything in Jacksonville Beach. Definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was so clean and fresh and housekeeping refreshed the room everyday. Service from the bar and restaurants and front desk and housekeeping were fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful place! Everyone was so nice and friendly made us feel like we were the only ones there! We had a beautiful suite overlooking the beach! We enjoyed dining also overlooking the beach! Everything was perfect! Love Margaritaville!

Definitely a nice place, but not your typical Margaritaville with lush landscape and nice pools that Im used to.

Parking ( unless you use valet ) is an issue

I liked that the staff was friendly. I dont like that upon arrival from a 10 hour drive we where told our room was on the 8th floor room 835 when we arrived at said room we could not enter and a woman opened the door and told us it was her room so she called front desk for us and we where told to go to room 535, when we opened the room it was 94 degrees in there. Maintenance came quick but it took about 35 minutes to get it fixed. We wanted to just relax after our dive but had to leave the room for about a hour because it was so hot in there. The Maintenance was very professional even though we where a little aggervated but overall i probably would choose a different hotel for our next trip.

We arrived normal time. Valet folks were so nice and helpful so that was a plus and the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. While checking in, I was lied to about having my valet parking cost come out of the $150 hold. I ended up being charged for two separate valet tickets (two cars) with no warning on top of that as separate charges. Then, if you are a hotel on a beach where turtle nesting happens, why do you not have red or orange lights by the pool?!? Do you know how many hotels I stay at down in South Florida and they have different lightening so their guests can use the facilities outside after dusk? I have never been more appalled about that in my life. The front desk hosts told us we could go swim at the beach! They then proceeded to tell us renting of chairs was not included with our stay so we could have to pay for that if we wanted and then redacted that statement saying it was after hours and they wouldn't be able to rent chairs either. We could just swim in the ocean. Here are some towels. Did we forget that sharks come closer to shore during dusk until dawn?? The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11pm and was closed by 9pm on a Saturday. The room stated it had a pullout couch but only had a chair. Realistically that didn’t matter but it’s the principal of the fact especially with the amount paid and all the fees tacked on at the end of the stay. I won’t be staying here or recommending this hotel again.

Didn’t care too much about property. The room smell like a dog. Had blood on my toilet seat in the bathroom. Also the food at the restaurant was nasty and cold.

Beautiful property with beautiful view of the ocean some great little hidden gems within walking distance for food. The staff was amazing.

The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the staff was amazing. I loved that the property was right off of the beach and while sitting at the restaurant you can hear the very calming beach waves. The only thing that I would say that was not the best was the fact that there is a $100 per night for accidentals that are added, but it's not stated anywhere on Expedia. When I travel, I always plan for the unexpected however I do like to know what is all expected to be paid. Other than that I had absolutely no issues!

We loved our stay. From the moment we pulled up to the Valet and checked in we had nothing but smiles and friendly staff. Kiki at front desk checked us and was fabulous! The other front desk person(didn't get her name) was also wonderful. Loved our room and view. Can't beat it! The bar/wait staff, especially Tanner, Megan (pool) and Sarah were fantastic. This was our second visit and we were so happy to be able to be there for the Jimmy Buffett day. We got lucky and got the last of the tshirts! Wish there was more merch for it available but we're happy. We needed a nice relaxing weekend and we got it. Food was great in the restaurant and drinks were as well. Can't wait to come back! Also we LOVE the new room card bracelets!

A great place to stay right on the beach! LandShark is a great place to eat at margarittaville! Staff and other guests were so nice. My only very minor complaint is just wish there was more breakfast options but would definitely stay again

The room was very clean and amazing! There was hiccup but the staff immediately made it right! This will be our beach hotel from here on out…unless something changes!

Great hotel with a great location right on the beach. The rooms were nice and so was the pool. We had a great stay. There are a lot of restaurants close by to walk to.

Wonderful place

This is the second time we’ve stayed at margaritaville in Jacksonville. The location is very nice right on the beach. All of the staff were amazing and so nice. The landshark bar and grill staff were also amazing.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and comfy. The food and drinks were amazing would recommend to anyone!!

Highly recommended if you have an event or vacation in the Jacksonville Beach area. Ideal for parrot heads!
