The food options were delicious with many options. You could have fast food or fine dining. The property is beautifully landscaped with great amenities. Our only complaint was the shuttle to and from the Water Taxi. It was late for pickup at the airport and we missed the water taxi. We had to wait 1 and a half hours at the port for the next water taxi. We paid for roundtrip transport for our family of 5 and the ride back to the airport was a no show. Thank God another driver made arrangements to take us to the airport.

We loved our stay. Our room was huge and so beautifully decorated! Loved the huge balcony overlooking the pool. I was celebrating my birthday and our room got decorated and they gave us a yummy cake. Housekeeping replenished the fridge with water bottles everyday! We could walk to the grocery store and found a small bakery with delicious breakfast items as well. We were always greeted by smiles from all the staff and it made us feel like we were home! The only disappointment was the construction at the beachfront and a funky ocean smell while the construction was taking place. The pool is nice but wished they had some type of entertainment schedule. The lounge chairs were always available with plenty of towels. Not annoying towel cards to keep up with. like other hotels. Overall, we had s wonderful time and would stay here again.

The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me.

It was a rough stay. They kept having power issues. We had no water a couple of nights and my wife got stuck in the elevator.

Wonderful property with great people. The beach is unusable due to seaweed - which smells horrible. Pools were clean as could be. The 6th floor pool is terrific. Rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Restaurants are excellent.

The ocean view suite was spacious, clean, modern, and overall perfect. We had 3 balconies; one from our bedroom, one from our living room, and a very large/private one looking out over the Caribbean Sea! There is a beautiful full kitchen with huge island, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, oven/range with all cooking utensils. Two massive bathrooms, two very nice/large tvs with all channels. The Belize pro dive center is basically on the property. Golf carts can be delivered right to the property. Little market is a half block from the property.

Great property and stay. No suprises. The dive center onsite is a nice touch too. 30 min walk to town. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Antonio at the mixology bar was legit!

Recently had an excellent stay at Alaia Belize. Beautiful resort, excellent staff from bar (we will miss Kenroy's attentiveness and Derwyne's smoothies!) to restaurants (delicious food) to housekeeping (shoutout to Lupita for tending to our room each day!). Safe, walkable distance to local restaurants and shops and a quick ride to San Pedro airport. 10/10. We travelled as a family of 4, 2 kids aged 10 and 12.

The very first night we had dinner at the Deck Restuarant after we checked in. That night around mid-night I woke up in a lot of pain. I had obviously contracted a stomach infection or food poisoning. I spent the next wo days in bed in pain in with diarrhea. We called the front desk, and the resort did nothing, nor did they have any suggestions. I finally was feeling better so I decided I would extend my trip to experience Belieze. The front desk told me they would look to see if there was a room available this took until 3:00 pm to get a response so I lost another day. I was told there was no rooms available which would have been fine it they just told me that first thing in the morning so I could book accommodations elsewhere. I also tried to speak to a manger several times during that day and was told there was not a manager on site during working hours which I can't comprehend. Finally, when trying to check out I called the front desk for assistance with my luggage, and they did not answer the phone. I called two or three times and let the phone ring for a prolonged period of time. I ended up calling room service who then relayed the message for me and was able to get some help.

Beautiful property and located in town if you like to be in town. We did switch to another hotel that was closer to more beautiful beaches and not in town. I would not do the all inclusive again. Not worth the money and staff was very very slow. Food was just ok. But the breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very nice. Rooftop pool was everything. Only thing I would suggest is more activities for guest...water sports with staff instructor, special nights, inclusive pkg for people staying less than 4 days...lite snacks in the bar area as a courtesy Scenery is bomb and I must say Eric whom was the greeter, porter and everything else was so sweet

Great option for a clean, friendly resort. Beach and pool were wonderful! Staff were amazing! Shout out to Eric, Monica and Sergio who made our stay extra special. It was very quiet, not a lot of nightlife in the area. Rent a golf cart (off site for a much cheaper deal) and explore the town of San Pedro for dining & party opportunities.
