I was stuck, room wasn't ready for early check in but West at the front desk was terrific making me feel relaxed and at ease. I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. She's a terrific staff member!

The morning we were checking out the receptionist was sleeping. Had the a bucket to leave your room keys on the desk. The room had three sheets and a very thin blanket. We got a little chilly that night. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was nice and warm.

Cleaning staff missed our room and without my knowledge the general manager created a booking and forced me to pay the ridiculous cost when I came back the following day. That is criminal! You will pay for their mistakes. And they aren't playing. This is no joke.

My stay was very disappointing due to fire alarm started going off very early woke me up out of my sleep and I did not receive any adjustments for the inconvenience when I asked for a complimentary late check out. The parking lot was very dirty like no one was doing the porter job. The pancake maker was broken, bummer cause that’s all I wanted for breakfast after being woken out my sleep when I had just layed down only 2 hours before the alarm. When My room was not ready at the check in time I didn’t make a fuss but after all the hiccups in the end I am displeased with the level of service from a Hilton brand hotel!

Third time staying here and so far have not been disappointed. Friendly staff. Quiet. Clean rooms, towels and bed linens. Nice breakfast. Close access to restaurants and stores.

No dressers or drawers to put clothes. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. No microwave in room and refrigerator was really small. Breakfast could be better. There was pool table and games in lobby.

Loved the Retro feel environment. Very Clean Pool table & Shuffle board was a nice touch with extra tvs in the Lobby. Pool very Clean & Work out Center
Only thing i could complain about, pillows were a bit worn & the A.C would not cool down as it needed too..

Beds were thin and firm. I have been habing back issues for hours after sleeping here. Pillows are paper thin. The water pressure for the shower was pitiful. The breakfast was meh. Outlet on only one side of the bed. Main light is a floor lamp with no way to turn it off from the bed.

The front desk worker, Divy, was very polite and helpful. The hotel had many amenities such as a game room and pool. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the selections offered for breakfast: Sausage, eggs, toast, pancakes, yogurts, donuts, oatmeal, etc. Our stay was very quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable. We will definitely consider staying again in the future!

The stay was okay. The shower showed a lot of wear. The first room the AC was leaking, then the next room I was moved to the lock sensor didn't work, so finally on the third time I was put in a decent room. The hallways on the floors were hot.

It was a nice hotel. Great hot breakfast, nice variety. No microwave in room but did have refrigerator. Very nice pool for hot afternoon until rain. Would stay again, but only when a major storm isn't coming through... our room flooded from the rain the morning we checked out and electricity went out 2 mornings in a row but Dallas area was getting serious record setting bad weather!😳

Hardwood floors in room so much better than carpeting. Bed mattresses were encased in protective covering which I don't understand why it isn't standard practice for every hotel to do but because Tru by Hilton does it, I'll be staying with them again. Enjoyed using pool table down in lobby area as many other families did as well. Highly recommend Tru by Hilton.

This was my first experience with a Tru by Hilton. Clean, nice, friendly staff and well accommodated. I was only in for a single late-night stay, but great experience and great value, will seek out a Tru on my next outing.
