The gentleman working the front desk was attentive to my request about a baby crib and rushed to find me one. The check in was quick and seamless, even though there was a line of people the front desk clerk moved the line along ver y quickly and was courteous to everyone. The room was perfectly clean and they accommodated my request for a tub. My family slept wonderfully and will stay again if ever in Hays!

What an amazing beautiful hotel inside and outside, the grounds were exceptionally clean and manicured, inside was beautiful, very clean and welcoming, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, we sleep very well that evening.

For the price we paid we expected much more. Rooms were more like standard motels along the highway, not what you would expect from a Hilton. At checkout there was no one around to ask any questions or potentially make reservations at another location.

Everything was great, and the only real complaint I have is the bed. The beds are not that comfortable. It's like sleeping on a board. My hips were killing me when I woke up. Otherwise, everything else was awesome. The food was great and the staff at the bar was excellent as well.

Everything was really good at the hotel, just the toilet was annoying because after every 2 flushes you had to take the lid off off of the tank and mess with the float to get the toilet to refill

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the toilet would not flush. The gentleman from the front desk came up to fix it. He thought he had it fixed but it was not. My sisters and I figured out how to get the tank to refill but, we had to manually do that after each use. Overall stay was good. Would stay here again but would definitely request a new room next time if there were any issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay my only real dissapointment was the young man at the front desk. Although he did give me all the necessary information that I asked for it seemed as if he wanted to get back to his game boy and not engage with me at all. Sad to say it did taiint my stay a bit.

This is a gem, a rare find in the middle of Kansas right off I-70. Modern facility, family and pet friendly. 11 hours driving from Indianapolis, perfect to stay the night before you hit the Colorado ski resorts or continue your journey to the west.

We had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, I gave specific instructions to front desk to not disturb, and we still had a staff knock on our door for house keeping purposes. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Stopped here on the way to CO. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms a spacious and comfortable. Restaurant on site provided a great breakfast. Would stop here again when traveling.

Extremely comfortable stay in this attractive newer facility. The room was overly spacious and clean with unbelievably comfortable bedding. We appreciate Hilton Garden Inns convenience of a full restaurant and bar, and this location did not disappoint in quality and value. Great service as well.

Probably the best accommodation we've ever stayed in (our room was marvelous). The breakfast was excellent value! Only one comment was we could hear people walking overhead and kids outside in the corridor.... Otherwise absolutely stellar!
