This hotel was very clean with friendly service. The bed in my room was very comfortable and I slept good. And that’s saying something… The gym had very good machines and I was very impressed with it. The breakfast was ok but we don’t eat pork so it was limited what was available for us to eat. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly greeting, quick service and a fine room. However, no light on one side of bed where there ia a hole for one. Very loud ac and we were the room in back of elevators. All made for a not so restful night.

Check-in was complicated due to storm. Noisy-upstairs room must’ve had kids in it, traffic noise from interstate, motorcycles running under front canopy. Breakfast was cold—eggs, potatoes, and coffee—all cold. Corners of bath needed cleaning

Breakfast was pretty poor. I was traveling with my kids and value the included breakfast. We ended up leavin, checking out and stopping for breakfast. Probably never stay at this location again.

Average hotel for our drive through Kansas. They didn’t have a rollaway bed when we asked for one, so our three kids ended up cramped on one queen bed. Didn’t sleep great because of close quarters. Would have loved more mirrors in our room. Drains didn’t drain well and there was still grime on the toilet paper roll holder. For what we paid for the room, wish it would’ve been a nicer experience. Probably will stay away from Hampton in the future.

Comfortable mattress and linens. EV charger was much appreciated. HVAC unit was typical of hotels: noisy. Breakfast was usual hotel fare, staff was wonderful.

During the night there was a severe wind event. The hotel front desk employee did an excellent job in attending to the concerns of guests. Nice, clean hotel.

When we arrived there was a wonderful dinner buffet set up for guests with barbeque sandwiches, chips, and cookies. The front desk manager was very efficient and nice.
There was an extreme thunderstorm during the night and the window in our room leaked a lot and we used bath towels to soak up the water.

it was noisy with thin floors above (family running around all night so we got no sleep). also, the staff was so thin and busy they were never at desk all 3 times we waited it took 5 to 10 minutes each time. that;s unacceptable

One thing surprised me...they serve supper for free Mon-Thurs. Ate there one night - pulled pork sliders. It was ok. The mattress needed turned/flipped on the bed. I'd have done it myself, but I just didn't have the energy. I was there 3 nights.

Wonderful stay…great check in. The air was not working properly in the room but a heat wave came through and it was 100. I cane understand why the air was struggling. Nice breakfast too.

The hotel was great but it was the staff that made it even better. So friendly and helpful.

We checked in and the front desk rep was super friendly. Told us that they provided free breakfast and dinner. The dinner was a crockpot meal, but they also had fresh cookies (which my kids loved). Breakfast was nice as well. I couldn't give it 5 stars because i've stayed at a lot of nice hotels, but this is a wonderful hotel. If you are traveling through, you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

This was one of my worst hotel stays.
Warer barely flowed through the shower.
Room looked very cheap.
In fact it was clear that this room used to be a laundry or some other room not meant for people to stay in.. plaster on the room was peeling off.
Manager was a teenager who also acted as the cleaning lady ( i felt bad for her )

Great hotel. We had a utility trailer and it was easy to find parking.

Staff nice, noisy people kept talking in the hallway several times instead going in their room. Light shines in room window bright because curtains had holes in them & tore down some and not blocking out light at all.

It was nice to show up at midnight and find everything perfectly in order! Everything was clean in the room with no surprises. Staff was friendly even at that late hour and very attentive. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend.
