Picked the place because it was close for my meetings on Sparks. Incredibly surprised how nice it was compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Clean, modern and lots of room. Plus I got a free upgrade. From desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The SKy Lounge was a bit weird. I thought it was a bar, but it’s just a space with a view of Parliament. I think they rent it for occassions. Still, fantastic view. Will be staying here again.

I arrived and the staff was very friendly and was able to upgrade me to a very spacious, lovely room. Everything was extremely clean and worked very well. The wifi is very fast and the rooms quiet. One of my best stays in Ottawa.

Close to everything, incredible staff who were a delight to talk to. Received recommendations on seeing the Ottawa Senators prior to the game and to avoid driving to Kanata to see them. So friendly !!

Modern, clean, quiet, and a luxurious amount of space. Kitchen was fabulous, bed super comfy. My only wishes for next time would be for a few couch cushions and a better quality of bathroom tissue.

I come here a lot, and every time I promise myself I won't be back. I call and write to please ask for a room not facing the fishbowl that is their courtyard rooms, where you'll face all your neighbors from 20 feet away through a giant window, and yet every time I end up there even despite reassurances. The place is new, the location is amazing for my needs and it is very clean, but the water pressure is terrible, and the fan is noisy. Will I be back?

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. There's some construction in the area and getting from the parking lot to the lobby before checking in can be a bit of a challenge with them having to buzz you in. The buzzer didn't work for me the first few tries and one time it went to voicemail, eventually I did get through and it was fine.
Will stay again when I'm back in the Ottawa area, it's my usual go to spot when I'm here.

Super clean and accommodating! Stayed for the weekend to move my younger sister into university and luckily they were able to check us in a little earlier before hauling things around Ottawa. Loved the amenities — felt like we were in our own condo. Would stay again :)

We traveled with our 1 year old and the amenities of the suite made it so easy to care for him like we were at home.

The property is immaculate. The bedroom was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff checked us in quickly and he was so nice. We will be back.

Restays consists of spacious and modern apartments. The check in staff were super friendly and helped us with where to find things as well as letting us know about the fireworks behind parliament which were starting shortly. We loved having the use of a smart tv and our own washer and drier in the apartment. It was ideally located close to everything you’d want to see.

No cold water pressure in the kitchen sink, a table lamp and the most stupid bed I had encountered so far in all my trips. You put a board on the side of the bed so high that I can’t sit on the side of the bed and have to wake up my wife in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I told the front desk about it and he said he couldn’t do anything about the bed, the lamp will be fixed Monday it was Friday, and still no water pressure!
I am seriously thinking of sleeping on the couch for the rest of my stay, 2 nights.
Too bad I always enjoyed my stay’s here but not this time.

I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by name by the gentleman on duty. He was uber professional but warm and friendly at the same time. Throughout my 4 night stay I dealt with Ahmed and Josh. Both gentlemen were helpful with directions, suggestions, and guidance for my family and I to have an enjoyable and memorable visit in Ottawa. We will be returning for another stay very soon. Excellent property and excellent staff. I highly recommend this property. Everything about the property is "top shelf."
