Just spent one night there for business but staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok but hair in shower was a little unsightly.

Have stayed here several nights over the past few years but this time was bad and it all had to do with breakfast. The only reason we always stay here is the free breakfast and this past eeek it was terrible. 3 days no biscuit & gravy and no pancakes. And last 2 days no milk really can’t get milk.

When we arrived the outdoor pool was closed. The water was filthy. We asked for a complimentary concession and the clerk said he would check with mgmt. but never got back to us. Will not stay here again.

Conveniently located with shopping and dining within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Check in was awful with only one person at the desk and me with 3 kids waiting over 30 minutes to check in. Soap dispensers empty in the room plus had to go to the front desk and ask for a shower curtain so I coud use the shower.

We checked in about 8pm and apparently by the several people waiting, rooms were just being cleaned. I had reserved a room with two beds and they comp it to two rooms with one bed. Towels had not been restocked, trash can not emptied, hair in drain of shower and shampoo / soap was empty. Both rooms had the same issues. Nice rooms but house keeping failed badly. Free breakfast was not impressive either but I do appreciate the young man trying to make some things right

Check in was a wee bit slow due to the time of day and only 1 employee seemingly able to check us in. Room was made to order, spacious and large shower with handrails. I'm on a walker so safety and handrails in the bathroom are important. A tub is a special threat to my shower due to having to step over the side. For families with children I understand they're a must have, but for a couple, the tubs are a threat. The breakfast was good and such a clean area! The lady who kept it up was very personable and helpful. We enjoyed a 2 person private dining space rarely seen in large hotels. We'll be back.

I would have given this hotel a 10/10, the only reason I took away one star was due to the fact that the water in my sink had a clogged drain. It really bothers me when water pools to the top of a sink or shower when being used. I never made a complaint just endured the problem. The breakfast was ok, I stayed for one weekend when there were several softball and basketball youth teams arriving for tournaments. The hotel was packed to capacity yet the hotel was still quiet and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again whenever visiting Rock Hill.

Stayed four nights. We were gone during the days. And never once returned to a clean room. Always had to ask for fresh towels daily, fitness center floors were so dirty. Staff was nice but beyond that not sure, perhaps short staffed but not the standard holiday inn express that we typically enjoy

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had lots of room. Breakfast is included, and we always take advantage of that. The only problems we had were 1) a noisy air conditioner that made sleeping difficult for my husband; 2) there was no channel guide on the tv or printed out, so finding something to watch was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Started off bad as no one was at the desk to check us in. Had to wait 15 min for someone to finally check us in. Get to the room and the floor was dirty, tv would not work and someone’s dirty underwear was hanging up in the wardrobe.

Good for a night's stay on the way to Florida. Nothing fancy but totally acceptable. Staff was friendly. The didn't have mild or cream at breakfast for coffee or cereals. Apparently ran out. Limited breakfast options.

I scheduled a check in for that Saturday for a call that there was no room left and never got my refund for the room the lady at the front desk said she would call me back about my refund and she never called me back . I'm so disappointed and upset because I work hard for my money and never got to see the money on my account

This was an excellent hotel! The lobby and rooms were newly updated, the room was extremely clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! It’s also conveniently close to the highway, great shopping, and wonderful dining. We will definitely stay here again on our way to Florida!

Very nice place to stay for overnight stop. Teresa, the front desk clerk, had us laughing, which was welcome after a 12 hour road trip. A hot “hot breakfast” too.

Room was nice, A/C never gets cold enough for me. Breakfast is great with eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc, but the where slow to keep it coming out and stocked even though it wasn't busy. Super close to shopping and I-77. Staff was really nice!
