We were there for four days for a music festival. They let us check in early and asked us everyday how our concerts were. They always greeted us no matter what time we came into the building. They always made sure we were taken care of.

This is way over priced for its value. They charged me $300 due to supply and demand it was an average facility. The pool isn’t heated so unusable during the winter. And the exercise room is small and very limited. TV didn’t work. Needs to be priced accordingly

We had a wonderful stay at the BW in Casa Grande AZ. The room was nice, breakfast good and parking great. A little noisy on the main road side and the noise from Texas Roadhouse. Get in the back and it would be great.

If your room faces the street, it can be very noisy. Breakfast is adequate, nothing special. Trash cans outside front door and in hallway overflowing. Weird flat shades don't adequately block light from outside when sleeping.

This hotel is overpriced…especially compared to similar hotels in I Scottsdale and Tucson. Moreover, the beautiful La Posada in Winslow, Arizona, a charming boutique and destination hotel offered carefully appointed rooms with charming amenities including a full service gourmet restaurant for only $180 per night. Casa Grande is neither a destination nor worth the rate this “Best Western” charges.

New construction (which is nice but a bit sterile). The breakfast is pretty decent standard hotel breakfast. Sadly, they have a lot of crappy plastic cutlery and cups. The gym is incredibly small without much equipment.
There isn't much to do near the hotel, but a lot of people are there to visit local retirement communities.

We had an electric car and needed to charge two different times. It was difficult because the staff wasn't well trained. To be honest I think it was a new task for them, but it was a bit frustrating.

Our room was only cleaned the 1st day, and the last night of a 6 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels everyday, as well make our own bed.
