Was sent an email hours before my arrival saying my room was ready.
Arrived, room was not ready. They swapped me to a smaller room, and upon checkout still charged me the suite price.
Front desk clerk was extremely rude, “I don’t get paid enough to deal with this”..

First time staying at a Hyatt House. Very impressed. Everything was new and clean, staff was very nice, and the breakfast was impressive.

I didn't end up staying at the property. I had a change of plans and my reservation was non-refundable. That isn't even the problem, the issue was that before I decided not to go at all, I called the property and tried to modify my reservation and the person was just so rude to me for no reason at all. I don't leave bad reviews often, and granted that I didn't stay in the property, but this person was so rude to me when I was being absolutely pleasant to her that I felt like it deserved a mention. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

We were in Tallahassee escaping Tampa during Hurricane Milton. We needed somewhere clean with power and internet so that we could work remotely. We appreciated having this as our home away from home for a couple of days

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. They charge you $20 for self-parking and the parking area has signs that read "Park at your own risk." That left a really bad taste in my mouth. But they offer complimentary breakfast and water bottles to make up for it, I guess. I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Bed was cozy. My room had a decent view. They did have a bar which is convenient, but it closes pretty early (10pm).

Our rooms shower was clogged up with human hair and one of the windows looked like some spilled a drink on the glass and it didnt get cleaned. They had us switch rooms which then had syrup in a chair and the worst part of all, expired produce in the refrigerator that looked like no one has cleaned in or out for a month. We ended up back in our original room and just dealt with it as we had been at the Florida State game and out in the heat for 6 hours and just wanted to relax. Instead we had to move our luggage ourselves back and forth between these rooms. I want my money back!!!

The Suite was perfect. The bedding very comfortable.Would definitely stay again.
Having a smaller car made it easier to park in covered garage.
One thing was annoying was the noise from the a/c unit.
But, it is a central air unit you control. Also, would have enjoyed having and actual cafe open during day as well in evening.

Very convenient to Collegetown, dorms and apartments. Firepit should be under covered patio space for rainy nights. Staff attentive and friendly. Mints on pillow are a nice touch!

This is our hotel of choice when going to FSU games. Walkable to the stadium(10-15 min). Always clean and good size rooms for 3 people. My son left his jersey and the room and the housekeeping staff are working with us to mail it back to us. Highly recommend!

The hotel is quiet, clean, and has a friendly staff. Parking is a bit difficult as there are not to many spaces.

Overall, excellent option when in Tallahassee. Only concern is the parking. There isn’t a lot of parking on property however you can park across the street which we were able to see the lot from our room.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. The service was spectacular from the time we checked in until check out. The front desk crew on Sunday evening went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I was having connecting to the internet. They also got me signed up for the rewards program. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The room had everything we needed to get some work done the next day. It was clean and well accommodated. We also loved the location. Great walkability and lots of development going on with new hotels and apartments. I would definitely stay here again.
