Dead bird by exit door 2 days Shower would never go higher than warm Breakfast not organized, attendants, could not prioritize. Cups, napkins, place settings not logically placed. Small trash for large sitting area. Was full when I arrived and overflowing when left (both mornings) Front desk 2 of six I talked to were excellent, others could learn to smile and change voice to not sound like they were doing me a favor

The only problem we had was, the sink was clogged, and the water faucet was very slow

Went to use the pool with kids. Didn’t go because the pool was so small and didn’t look clean. Had a brown hue in the water. Ended up going to another pool.

Everything was great

The hotel seemed new or updated. The room was adequate, great water pressure & temperature in shower. Breakfast had a variety of options. But…… they placed us on the 1st floor (in my opinion they shouldn’t have rooms in this location. Our room was mere feet from the “common” area & tables where people brought to go pizzas etc to hang out & eat at until 11pm. VERY LOUD! Bratty kids running up & down the hall past our room until almost 11pm yelling, laughing while their parents were off who knows where. No respect for the rooms right there but again, I should’ve pressed for a different room if even possible. I would recommend elsewhere IF hoping to get some rest before 11pm or later,

We had a positive stay over the Easter holiday with family. The rooms were comfortable, roomy, clean, and fit our family’s needs

Super comfortable beds!

Very peaceful stay. The high tech LG tv streaming is convenient with the ability to use your existing streaming service or hdmi cable to connect your device. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Its nice to have so many delicious and healthy options and real coffee creamer. The electric car chargers are great. I always try to pick Marriott when I travel for business or pleasure.

It was dry, clean, and open.

The hotel is new and well located in an area with good shopping and restaurants.

Plenty of food options in the area. Close to St. Louis. Could see the Arch from close roads

Everything was great except breakfast. Every morning the eggs and sausage were cold!

I was disappointed my room was not refreshed. I was in it told at check in that I had to request it 24 hours in advanced.

The only problem I had is on my final night, I returned from work about 6pm and my room had not been serviced. There was no DND on the door and I left for work at 8am. They just didn’t do it. So, I had to go to the front desk for towels.

Staff were great. Great breakfast. Close to other restaurants.

Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was clean. Basic breakfast buffet.

Walls and floor are very thin. I’ve never heard other people so much in a hotel room. That’s my only complaint, and it’s not as if they other people were being obnoxiously loud it was just very easy to hear other people around you and above you.

Fabulous experience. Highly recommend.

All is well… my tea/coffee maker was filthy and they gave me a new one everyone was kind and friendly except the nail shop across the street. They need a better or larger set of snacks to purchase…. Would stay there again GO IN PEACE Judges 18:6 & Luke 8:48 👆🙌🙏

Excellent value! Facilities, service (looking at you, Kretia!), gym, and room were all better than expected for a typical 2 star hotel experience with the family. Breakfast was typical. Really great find.

When we checked in our first room smelt like dirty socks. Our second room was a lot nicer, but one of the beds that we slept in had a spring that stuck in my side most the night. We did not have time to use any of the facilities. The server for breakfast in the morning was amazing. She probably was the best part of the whole experience. The food is just a regular boring continental breakfast.

Great location, clean updated hotel. Great restaurants close by. Definitely stay there again!

The beds were amazing and everything was so nice and clean. We loved it. Room was very spacious.

This is my second time choosing this hotel over a 3-week period. One of my highlights this time was being greeted by a friendly & personable front desk staff member. I didn't get her name, but she was an African American female. Being properly welcomed makes a difference especially at the end a road trip.
