Checked in at two am and was charged full price and the room didn’t have towels nor was there any clean if the front office is to be believed

so many things went wrong with our stay, the rooms we booked we didn’t get! the first room they put us in was gross and smelt like pee, and the fridge wasn’t clean. the first morning of our stay we woke up to no power in one of the rooms & the elevator stopped working most of the time! the front desk person wasn’t any help and kept not giving a crap that he wasn’t going to help. so I lost out on the money I could have spent on a GOOD or at least a better hotel because they really didn’t care about their guests…. will Not be coming back again.

I Just Liked The Location Other Than That Nothing

The Hotel Was Unstocked My Full Stay For The Weekend, My Room Was So Nasty From Dirty Couch, Bed Sheets, Walls, Tub, A Hole In The Wall The Cabinets Had No Handles On It. I Was Glad When I Left.

1st of all, I was required to give them a $100 security deposit. Then I was assigned a handicap room that smelled of dog & was totally depressing. I was given the room I had reserved but the fridge didn't work. There was no sweetner or creamer for the coffee. No breakfast was to be served because of renovations, only coffee which was not hot and apparently was not fresh. The bathroom floor looked like it had been oiled, was very slippery. The elevator was out. No plastic bag for the ice bucket. No hot water the morning I checked out.

It was ok beds were nice

Lots of loud people in pool and waiting area and it was late like 1030pm. The bathroom in hotel was not clean. Had to leave a $100 deposit which was not declared when I booked it.
