Wasn’t a fan that had to use valet parking. I had to run a bunch of errands and it added a lot of extra time. I found it to be a bit noisy at night.

I absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, elegant and fancy. The area is amazing. Restaurant and lots of shopping in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overrated!
Not sure why some of the other reviewers are so impressed. The area is nice, but the hotel itself overpriced! The valet is an absolutely ridiculous!!! The hotel should be paying for that in the price they already charge for the hotel!
Breakfast had a lot of options and the lady cooking was very nice, staff at the desk not so much.
Room was pretty clean but common areas a bit trashed, for a new hotel, they should be keeping up with maintaining it.

This was a great layover spot before our late night flight out of Tampa. The room was well appointed and CLEAN! View was great. Roof top bar and pool were a major bonus!! Property was nice and refreshing.

A great property with clean, new amenities. We live nearby and go to Midtown frequently, so I was a bit shocked at the parking fees as parking at the complex is usually free.

It was disappointing— WiFi issues continued our entire stay; Continental Breakfast needs work; we overheard young man who was only person making eggs say “ that’s the last egg, we’re all out”. Coffee service couldn’t keep up.
Also, interior room thermostat kept room at 64.

The valet only option is horrific when there is an event in town. We waited for quite a bit to get our vehicle parked. Once parked, we checked in, went up to our room only to realize it was not the room we booked and was not roomy enough for our family. Originally booked 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Got a king and a sleeper sofa that was not accommodating to my 6ft child. Called down to be moved and, yep, all booked up. Paid an exorbitant amount for this room and ended up sleeping on an air mattress.

Gave us a room that was not prepared. Dirty from previous guest and did not have two beds which we reserved. Able to give us an alternative room rather quickly. Valet service and app we were supposed to use to get our car in timely manner did not work. Employees were pleasant.

Valet and checkin were flawless, everyone was friendly and helpful, room was great, nice and clean, and the equipped kitchenette was a nice perk, especially if you had an extended stay. Complimentary breakfast could use a little work and the reason for not giving the property 5 stars.

We booked for our 1 year wedding anniversary hoping to make this a yearly stay, not even a congratulations card , nothing was mentioned about it being our anniversary . One of the reasons we decided to book was the advertisement of “cooked to order daily breakfast “. To our surprise it was scrambled eggs and a dry sausage patty. Very disappointing as that is the main reason we stayed at this hotel and added additional costs to our trip. Staff was friendly and i did mention the false advertising to the front desk .

Pool is shared with rooftop bar. The bar is pretty popular. So if you're into people drinking and watching you at the pool in an evening - cool. But that was a bit off putting.
Basic breakfasts in general. But as it was included i wasnt expecting much. On the weekend they use disposable cutlery and plates - which is pretty awful. In general they need to up their recycling and reuse game
Location in modern trendy midtown. Worked great for me.
