The itinery number did not work at the self checj in kiosk. I had to wait an extra hour for a front desk staff to show up. I missed a dinner reservation.

Very convenient to the HBF. Breakfast was better than I expected. I don't' know how to rate eco-friendliness.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Conveniently situated where public transportation (bus and rail) is available. A short walk to the the downtown. Parking is available on a first-come basis. Breakfast (not included) looks to be very appetizing and fresh. We would definitely stay here again and again.

It’s like flying RyanAir - you get where you’re going, but it’s not very pleasant. With B and B, you get a bed for the night with a shower, but it’s not very pleasant. My bed was awful!

The rooms were cleanse, style was modern, and the bed was comfortable. Overall everything was good. My only complaints would be that the breakfast was a bit meager, the room was bit small, and the parking area is completely inadequate to the number of rooms available. Otherwise, I was happy.

I am no stranger to B&B hotels and have stayed over 5 or more nights. By far this was the WORST stay. Parking had less than 20 spaces. I arrived late around 11am and NO space at all. I squeezed on a no parking space and think because it was Friday night no tickets. The A/C only blew HOT air and to open the window you would hear the train all night. I also believe this hotel was constructed different from others I stayed at.. I could hear people all night. This B&B I do not recommend nor would I go back unless I came by train and was told before hand A/C in room works 100%

This is a very convenient hotel to the Hauptbahnhof. Good dining options are nearby. It does not have a lot of Services, but it is a clean budget hotel. The manager was able to help me by printing a couple of documents, so it had all the service I needed. I cannot rate this hotel's "eco friendliness, but it was not belching out burning coal fumes, so I guess it was alright. I will stay there again.

Maybe you get a towel for each person, maybe you don’t. Bring your own soap as it takes days to get more if you run out. But using references such as - “Y’all”- “You People”- “ I’m not racist, my husbands black”Is unacceptable. 9/10 I do not know anybody who stays there. & If I do it is because of the night life but workers assume I am apart of their groups.

I had a lady at the front desk argue with me over having juice in the morning (wasn’t told breakfast wasn’t free) although I don’t eat and had only juice I still paid €8.50. Yet she still would not let the situation go saying “next time you know not to touch things without permission” as if I was a child. Same lady called me a liar after I told her I met a woman in the elevator and walked her out to the parking lot. She told me “I’m not allowed visitors” after I explained she was not my visitor and I didn’t know the woman. The staff there must have the last word. Rooms were clean, free WiFi and great pricing. The staff was the worst part of the stay there.

Our room was smaller than expected for a family of four. But it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke both German and English. Parking was a bit of a frustration because there were not many spots which resulted in having to park across the street and by the train depot. It was free at night but was an inconvenience. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay there again. Free WiFi was also a bonus.

It was nice. When we got our first room it was only half cleaned so we requested a new one. Reception was kind but parking wasn’t all great.
