The staff was friendly and courteous. Marissa made our check in process very easy. The property was spotless and our room was very clean! We stayed in a suite, very big and roomy. The only thing that I would recommend would be to put a dressing table in the bathroom along with a trash can.

Excellent service and very comfortable rooms

My whole family loved it there, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff running it were so kind. The property was lovely and sunsets there were so nice. We were very close to a lot of attractions and shopping. We were sad to leave, next time we go to the Grand Canyon we will stay in Sedona and drive the 2 hours just to stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Quiet, peaceful surroundings, lovely gardens. Stayed in a King studio with sofa, lovely and clean, great size room and well equipped. Great breakfast included. Hotel next door had a Starbucks for late night coffee fix. 5 min drive to local restaurants. Only downside you have to pay for parking.

My family recently stayed here for our Sedona trip and we loved the breakfast options. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. We will definitely be staying here again!

Facilities were top notch, well tended and as promised. Room condition/kitchen was great. Breakfast was subpar — much different from my recollection of stays at other Res Inns across the country. Room cleaning staff did not clean or replenish room during five night stay, planned for six, but left a night early to stay at another hotel because I couldn’t lose another night of sleep from the noise of the guests in the adjoining room. Won’t be back.

Hotel was awesome! Only issue was lack of toilet paper. When you have four people in a room , one extra rile is not enough when you don’t come in every day

Good: very nice, clean room. Lots of "extras provided in kitchen. Bed & Shower excellent. Staff I talked to were helpful and friendly (front desk & at breakfast). OK: breakfast was a bit of a disappointment (gentlemen managing it was nice and helpful). Choices very limited, and other than the coffee, not much flavor in any choice. Bad: Can't understand reason for parking charge, especially during the week. And a nightly $25 charge adds to the irritation. Request: Can I get a receipt including all costs, please? Lovely area

Stayed for 6 nights recently. First, the good: service was great, A/C efficient and fantastic breakfast. We wanted a place that had a kitchen and it suited our needs perfectly. The bad: All the smaller suites face the pool area which also has several patios/grill areas. We had to listen to loud groups and screaming kids every evening while trying to relax and sleep. Stay on the outer perimeter if you can afford it! They also charge a small fortune for parking a car, and I would have booked elsewhere if I had noticed that earlier.

It looks under staff that we asked for staff to refill the towels at the pool for so long. They were friendly though.

Friendly and Helpful staff

The hotel was great! The pool, breakfast and room was really really good. The only thing that we didn’t like was the sofa bed, the mattress was uncomfortable.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had in my life. The hotel facilities and safety were well given, but the most wonderful thing was the warm and heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. I was really impressed. I stayed there for 7 days, and I was amazed at the professional and excellent service given to each and every guest at such a large brand hotel, with never a single unpleasant experience. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I got car sick and wasn't feeling well when I checked in, but Ms. ASTEL at the front desk brought me water as a service and I felt better, Thank you :), the two Ms. LAURA who speaks fluent Japanese, the manager who always treated me kindly and with a smile (we took a picture together!) , ADAM and STEPHEN who always made me laugh at breakfast, and the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room, Really! Really! Amazing! Everyone was so wonderful that I cried on the bus to the airport on the way back. Sedona is a beautiful town with many beautiful tourist spots, but I remember that the staff at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona had the most beautiful hearts on this trip. Next time I visit Sedona, I will definitely stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona! No internet and was solo so that was a bummer. Not first time its happened with mariott. Area was beautiful. Close to a lot of great things including downtown sedona. Fee for parking but free breakfast at least.
