Everything was excellent. The staff was nice, plentiful breakfast, very good WiFi, the room/bathroom modern and clean, beds comfortable. A short walk to Bus stop or metro to go to the city centre. We really appreciated our stay in this hotel

The location was very good to quickly drive to different locations in the greater Oslo area, not to downtown which you do not want to bring a car. However, the outdoor parking offered by the hotel was very expensive. We found out that there is street parking not far from the hotel that you pay much less for, especially for electric cars.

The receptionist who was on duty on 14.07 was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he even went out in the rain for showing us the parking. He gave us great tips for visiting Oslo.

I wish the window in our room opened for fresh air and I hate that there isn’t free parking, but I’m from the US where it’s unusual to pay for parking in most cities

Best property, good location. Close to Metro and breakfast is the best. Their staff at front desk and in restaurant are super duper nice.

Room is small, toilet uncomfortable,especially the shower water everywhere when you having shower

We had a hard time finding the front door - our GPS brought us to the back door, which was locked. We also had trouble with the lock to our room and had to change rooms. But that aside, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff was terrific, the breakfast excellent and the food at the restaurant very good. We plan to stay there again on our return to Oslo.

Temeprature was not changed even though I put higher temperature with controller on the wall. A bit cold during the night sleep.

The hotel is new, and in the good conditions. Around 10 mins travel to Oslo main station by metro. Service quality is good, including the breakfast.
However, the lighting in the room is insufficient. Also, no water boiler is provided.
Overall are acceptable.

Hotel was a quiet „homebase“ for our city-trip to Oslo. The bed was comfy, breakfast was especially nice and we enjoyed playing Shufl. in the lobby :)

A little confusing to find the entrance and elevator if you’re handicapped. Otherwise it was very nice. Great staff.

It’s really a shame hotels put guests in such rooms: rooms with huge windows facing the central lobby of the hotel and a conference center, such that everyone passing by looks straight into you bed or at you when walking out of the shower. So we had to close the curtains during our stay. Especially bad given our communicated preference to have rooms with a views. On a positive note: the breakfast was one of the best I ever experienced.
