Great room. Very clean. Nice pool and good location.

We had a great time! Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. We were traveling with our two small children and had no issues - everyone was comfortable and we had a great time. We were also very impressed by the breakfast!

We stayed 4 nights in a suite which was roomy and had everything we needed. This hotel has a new feel and nice amenities. Perfect location too. We will definitely stay here again.

The TV didn’t work and it was election day. I was very disappointed not to be able to view the results. Maintenance was called and couldn’t get it working.

The place was beautiful and well maintained, clean and comfortable! The problem was with the air conditioning, it didn’t work, the staff brought us a portable one but it didn’t really help! The other issue was the proximity to the ems bay… ambulances and fire trucks out all times of day! Other than that it was great!

Quiet and spacious.

Quiet, comfortable visit. The saltwater pool was new to our family, but very welcoming. Would stay there again.

Welcoming, clean, amazing views

Good Hotel at fair price. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Mary is amazing, it made a difference in our stay. Had a problem with a clogged toilet We just noticed in the following morning after we checked in at night. Could not be resolved during our stay although they tried several times. Inconvenient, when we were paying full fair for a fully functioning room. The staff was very promptly to try to resolve. Manager was informed but was off, since it was Easter weekend, but we are confident he will reach back to us to make things right.

Great location close to main mountain ski like Keystone, Cooper Mountain and even Vail.

We had a wonderful stay during our ski trip! New, clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Erin and Mary were awesome during check in and every time we needed some help or information. Only complaint is that housekeeping is upon request and even requesting it the third day of my stay they didn't showed up. I had to ask a couple of times for extra towels, trash bags to take my own trash out, and when housekeeping finally showed up the day before my check out they took the sofa-bed bedding and I didn't found out until one in the morning and I had to go to the front desk to request a set and again there were no towels or washcloths in my room. Aside from that my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

The property was great and when there was a mix up with the room the front desk was wonderful about figuring out a way to fix it.

Beware, this property will not provide flexibility when situations like inclement weather prevents you from getting to your hotel. Especially if booked through a 3rd party site like Expedia. We had a reservation for one night, 3/13/24, that we were unable to use as the result of bad weather/all roads leading to this location being closed for more than 24 hours. We were in route when the road closed and we were forced to turn around and return home. We immediately called the hotel and they told us that since we had booked on Expedia, we needed to raise the issue with them and Expedia would need to coordinate a reschedule or cancellation directly with the hotel on our behalf. The hotel was unwilling to allow us to move our reservation to another date, even though we were willing to pay the difference if the cost was increased. They told us that our unused room was determined to be a no-show therefore forfeiting any possibility to reschedule or get a refund. It also didn’t help that we had booked the room with Expedia. If you’re heading to the mountains, check hotel rules and policies before booking when weather could prevent you from getting to your lodging. We also had a one-night reservation booked through Epic and they had great customer service and allowed us to move our booking to a new night, despite their policies on bookings being no refundable.

This place has excellent facilities. Very clean and very friendly staff always happy to help. Undercover carpark and gym as well as heated pool and spa. However: - Level 4 has the restaurant and we stayed on level 3 just under. It is extremely noisy as you can hear all the movement upstairs from 6AM onwards all the way through to 10PM. If you are planning on getting some adequate rest this is interrupted daily by the noise upstairs. - The rooms are extremely dry and hot. We had the aircon on in the middle of winter to compensate for the heat coming from the air temperature set by the level heating system. It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night having such a dry atmosphere in the hotel. We even slept with the window open a couple of times with the outside air temperature below freezing. - Breakfast is included and is great overall, however sometimes there is no space to seat. More seat/tables would be welcome.
