I would describe The Wylie Hotel Atlanta, as "A Gem in the Heart of Atlanta!" My stay at the Wylie Hotel Atlanta was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk agent Anthony, in particular, made a lasting impression. His hospitality was exceptional; he went out of his way to ensure that every part of my stay was perfect. e I felt at home, Anthony's attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. The hotel itself has a wonderful blend of modern comforts and historic charm, featuring stylish decor that reflects Atlanta's vibrant culture. Rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end boutique hotel. The location is also ideal for exploring Atlanta, close to must-visit spots, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Overall, the Wylie Hotel delivers both comfort and charm. However, the amazing hospitality, especially from Anthony, makes it stand out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Atlanta!

Charging $25 to check in early is offensive.

We had such a great stay. The staff was so hospitable and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Property and stay was just ok. Bed wasn’t fully made, just top sheet placed over a mattress cover and random pillow covers left on comforter. There were numerous pieces of hair in the bed, bathroom floor and shower, phone didn’t work so had to walk downstairs any assistance, QR code for hotel info didn’t work and you needed a physical card (not digital key) to get water or ice. Walls were super thin and floors sounded hollow. Valet only. Hotel seemed understaffed and the only amenity was a small restaurant with very limited offerings. Staff member in the AM didn’t know how to make a latte. Only pro was location

we had a great stay. I would say the ice machines are a little bit hard to get ice out of and in my opinion the downstairs restaurant could have a better menu with more food options. We will definitely be back. Thank you

The property was great. Our a/c went out in the middle of the night and got warm. The rest of hotel was cool when we walked out of our room the next morning. not sure what it was but we reported but were checking out so we did not have to deal with the problem

Great location: vey convenient and cozy

Room was small but comfortable and fairly quiet. Nice bed and bath. Excellent and courteous staff. Liked the Prosecco and cookies welcome. Walkable to restaurants and the large City Market food hall and shops. Decent value.

Great hotel in central area- staff are warm and friendly- room was immaculate and amenities were excellent. I’ve stayed multiple times now and will make this hotel my hub when I’m traveling in Atlanta.

Beautiful clean with nice amenities like champagne on check in, robes, rooms decked out with every possible amenity and friendly staff. Will definitely return!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the peacefulness.

The staff at this hotel really added to the experience, from accommodating an early check in to holding our bags at the beginning and end of the stay. The room was clean and cozy! Great location.

From the welcome champagne to the helpfulness of the front desk staff and valet, you felt at home instantly! All the community spaces and the rooms were clean and neat. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The customer service was top notch!! The room was spacious and the attention to detail in the room was amazing.

The decor and unique ambiance was great. The construction next door was a negative. A large apartment building is being built and you see it as soon as you walk outside. The view out my window was empty lot with lots of garbage.

We only stayed for a few hours, but the cost of parking on top of the room was a bit much!

The front desk/receptionist sucked. She was slow, sent us to a room that was occupied upon checkin, didn’t believe me that the key didn’t work to our room so she walked to the room herself only to find it was occupied by guests, sent us to another room on another floor (we’re carrying our bags and suitcases) without an apology or offering to help and was generally rude and apathetic. The hotel itself was nice and clean but don’t expect much from the staff.

From the minute we walked in the experience was wonderful, from the people, the room, the food and drinks. We will be back and stay longer next time!

This hotel is super loud. I was on the 5th floor which is the top floor. I don’t know what is on the roof but I heard constant stomping and what sounded like the dragging of furniture above my head. It was like living in apartment complex with neighbors for hell upstairs.

Shower was lukewarm our first night and cold the second. They fixed it, but having to wait for hot water from a shower with not enough pressure after a long day was disappointing.
