There was a stabbing at the establishment while we were there. Several sketchy characters in/out/& around the building that did not seem to be staying there. Fire alarm went off in the building and there was no communication whether the building was safe to return to. We had a ton of children staying and they were all very traumatized by all the events that happened within 12 hours. Very poor manage my that clearly did not care about their guests or their 1 on site employee. There was also dried toothpaste on the bathroom vanity, and the room had a horrid smell.

We were in and out for 3 days with family activities. The Hotel is centrally located so we were not very far from anything. Rooms are fairly soundproof, with room for relaxing after a busy day. A full size fridge gave us the opportunity to keep snacks in our room, including ice cream. We always travel with our Maltipoo and the Hotel chain is very pet friendly.

The hotel is great, this is the second time we have stayed here. My only issue is that upon arrival, I was told the hotel was overbooked and they did not have the 2 queen beds that I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago. They only had a King. I had 3 people in my party and needed 2 beds. How can you not have it now, but 3 weeks ago when I paid for it you had it? In the end they made it right by giving me someone else’s room. Please get this problem figured out for travelers in the future. Other than that, great hotel, huge rooms.

With it being an extended stay suite, I was nervous it might be run-down or just very lived in… but it wasn’t! It was very nice, and a huge room for the price. We just stayed for a couple nights to have a fun weekend and the kids thought the room and the pool were so cool. We would stay again!

Room appeared clean but smelled like animal urine. Room was quiet with good temperature regulation. Bed was very firm and had a dust ruffle as the main blanket, which is very odd and makes it difficult to remain covered with two adults in the bed. Overall stay was fine.

The only unexpected downside is that "full kitchen" did not include a stove top. I wasn't expecting an oven, but I was expecting a stove top with that description.

We had a very nice room that was clean with all the amenities we expected. However, we had 3 outlets that were "tripped" not working and we had to get the front desk to fix the issue. Other, than that it was a great stay.

The over all stay was fine, but some of the reasons we stayed were the heated indoor pool and outdoor fire pit. The heating in the pool was out and the fire pit was not working. The staff had a owell type of mentality, the fire pit was fixed on day two but the pool heating was never fixed.

The only negative was the cleaning staff rapping on my door at 8:15 in the morning and making excessive noise in the hallway. Everything else was very positive and would stay there again.

The hotel itself and the breakfast were very nice. We traveled with kids, and the bathroom door was barn door style. It fell off the tracks multiple times. We lost power here during our stay, not the hotels fault. Overall, not a bad stay. My family of 5 had plenty of room.
