Not very far from Chelan and the rooms are wonderful and modern

The Lodge Lake Chelan ... sounded a lot fancier than it turned out to be. The place seems to be either quite new or very recently refurbished. Our room had nice coffee mugs and a nice Keurig type coffee maker, but there were no chairs nor a table to sit at. So while you can make yourself a nice cup of coffee, there is no place in your room to sit down to enjoy that coffee, unless you count the beds as sitting surfaces (which I don't). Basically an okay place to spend a single night while trailing. But not more. Definitely not the type of lodge for an extended family vacation.

This was my second time stayong at this hotel and have loved it. Really convenient and comfortable!

Overall was a great stay, room was big and clean, door open with a code that work one time only but I sent a message and they called me right away and fix it, pool was good, hotel is close to coffee shop and restaurants and to a public lake waterfront park

I stayed here about a year ago and thought it was a lovely place for the price. Stayed again last weekend and the mattresses were terrible and the room reeked of mold. It’s under new management and seems to be going downhill quickly.

You’ll have to ask for room service, there are no food or drinks on this property. Most of the time there are no staff on site .

Since it is a staffless facility it is tough to find anyone if you need more coffee or another towel as they dont clean daily Also a laundry bag would be nice to have. Otherwise the facility is very nice and clean, quiet and convenient to walkable bars and restaurants.

Everything about this property was great. It was very peaceful. Lots of food and drink locations within easy walking distance. Lake access within walking distance as well.

No staff was a terrible experience. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. We called the emergency number and never received a callback

The property is close enough to most spots in town, clean and quiet area.

Outstanding...clean and easy check in by phone

This hotel is doing "contactless" check-in and the process didn't go correctly. At first they couldn't find my reservation, then the code for my room door was incorrect so I needed help from front desk anyway. The staff was friendly, but there is no one at the desk at night. Note that this facility has no elevator. If your room is on the upper floor you must carry your luggage up two flights of steps. The door nearest the stairs to our room was broken the entire three days we were there, making our walk even longer. The pool seemed nice, but there is no on-site bar or kitchen. There are several locations within walking distance but no access to the lake. All the lakefront property here is privatized and this hotel does not own any. The property feels very new and our room was very clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the in-room television was nice and big.

The rooms Were large with lots of amenities. The virtual desk was new to us, but it worked out. I would stay there again Absolutely!

This was a great find!! Super, super clean. Kinda a "hands off" Airb&b vibe but not in a bad way. Nice pool outside with a cool bar with live music next doir. 15 minutes from overpriced Chelan- will be back
