Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel was very complete with parking included, stations for electric cars, it is worth including the breakfast in the reservation, it is super delicious and complete, the room was impeccable. Absolutely amazing hotel! Probably one of the best in the area. I had a room on the 8th floor that had a beautiful view of the city. The floor to ceiling windows further enhanced this view. The room was super clean and modern. It also was huge! Which was an absolute plus. The staff was fantastic! Super warm and friendly and provided top notch customer service. I would gladly stay here 100x over. Love it!

Super quiet area. Only draw back is nothing to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean and very big.

The mattress is worn out. You sleep in a worn area of the mattress. It's like you are sleeping in a trough.

Told us we could not stay there because it is a 21 hotel even though the page on expedia said you must be over 18!!!

Although I had paid for my daughter’s stay fully in advance in Expedia, The font desk person was new and she charged my daughter’s credit card again ! And when she complained they said nothing they can do and she has to wait 3-4 business days for her refund! You have to realize that this caused hardship for her because they charged her for security deposit (which in my knowledge none of the hotels that I have gone charge it but just keep the credit card number on file) this totally used all her saving in her account and she was short in money! We had to send her money for her food and gas! I am very upset about poor management in your facility! They offered her one free breakfast and she doesn’t even eat breakfast! This was totally unacceptable! I would never recommend this facility, I will write bad reviews for them and tell my friends not to ever go there!

Beds are not comfortable and way too low.

Nice hotel. Our room AC did not work properly. Very modern and nice room though. Nice property! Love that they had games.

The room had thin walls and could hear people in the halls and room doors opening and closing. Also, bathrooms could hear above tuning water, etc.
