The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly

There were some stains on the floor and they were out of wash clothes. Overall a good stay.

Had a great stay overall. Guy at front desk was great! My room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a little dirty though. All in all would stay again!

Checked in early, the front desk clerk was nice. Got to the room. I had to plunge the shower. The shower rod was falling off the wall. Had cockroachrs in the room and there was no cooking.

Room was infested with bugs and nats all over the walls and furniture. Moved to another room and water was warm not hot. Doubt I would ever stay again

I don’t know why this property is rated so highly. We found the hotel itself needing TLC big time. Our room seemed nice at first though after the first night we noticed tiny gnats in our room. Probably due to the lack of cleanliness and crackers behind the bed. Gross. Also, breakfast is a joke. It’s supposed to go until 10am but no matter how many people are down there, they start breaking down at 9:30. And the staff is somewhat polite, though one front desk staffer thought it appropriate to yell at my girls for using too much nonstick spray on the waffle maker before he took the last of the bacon and skulked off. Pros are lots of dining options within safe walking distance and it was relatively quiet. Had we not been in town only for house hunting and been there only to sleep and have a quick bite of breakfast, I would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere.

Hotel was great loved the suites lots of room felt like we were in a small apartment! staff was very kind and attentive! Breakfast could’ve been better but other than that great!

I normally do residence inn but this Staybridge is my go to now! My second wknd in a row here. Nice clean rooms and fabulous breakfast! Check in was easy & fast!
