Noisy, hot (the air conditioning didn’t work), smelly and overall uncomfortable

Wonderful staff/hostess!

The bathroom in this room was huge! Double sinks, large walk in shower, separate bathtub, toilet and bidet. The bed was comfy and there was lots of closet/storage space. Great location and the staff was amazing.

The owner, olga, wad very helpful wirh instructions as well as information arpund the area. We loved the access to a full kitchen and lovely large seating area on the rooftop. In the room we enjoyed the most comfortable bed, hot rain shower and ruladen window shade. Great stay and certainly will recommend Happy House Guestrooms to everyone.

The ladies at reception could not be more welcoming & helpful, they gave us hints and tips on the local area, fastest routes, attractions and local beauty spots, they made sure we had everything we asked for within our hotel room, nothing was too much for them. It made our stay one thousand times better!

Great location. Extremely comfortable bed. Room nicely sized. Bathroom 10 of 10. It’s a hotel but then it’s not. Common kitchen and outdoor areas but didn’t run into many people. Olga took me around the place and also offered great tips for local music.

The breakfast was very good & the staff were all very nice. The room & bed were comfortable.

Amazing property! Great and convenient location. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were cleanest of our 8 properties we stayed at in Spain and Portugal and were comfortable, clean, and impeccable kept. Only thing we wish was that they had real coffee instead of instant decaf but that's so minor.

The young lovely lady, Ms. Moreno actually came to check us in with a wonderful smile! What a great representation for a place called happy house! Looks can be deceiving! I thought it was a hostel (not that there is anything wrong with that) but what a room so beautiful inside! But Ms Moreno is too wonderful for words! Would recommend even to the snobbiest of friends!

Small, quiet property closer to everything. Highly recommend

The outside is deceptive. It is a small sign and look like there is a hotel there. The lobby is a tiny space and was not staffed when we arrived. But, our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was like one in a 5-star hotel - a deep tub, modern shower and two gilded sinks. Our ro looked out to an abandoned building but it made it quiet. The hotel is a very short walk to a quaint center with shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Short walk to bus station, local supermarket and restaurants. The communication was easy. However, I could hear almost everything from the neighbor through the thin wall…

Lovely hotel staff fantastic great location

Unique décor , great location. Very thin walls. Could hear the neighbor's coughing , snoring and very loud door slamming.

We had a great weekend stay in faro. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with a kitchen so you can enjoy a takeout meal in a nice environment for much less. We stayed in Room 106, which has a private mini terrace that we enjoyed a lot.

Happy House was in the perfect for a 3 night break. Short walk from bus terminal, restaurants on the doorstep. Short bus ride to lovely beach.Property is immaculate and staff smashing. Will stay again.

Property was in a great location....could walk to pretty much anything. Staff was great, rooms were clean and nice size, kitchen area was nice for coffee and use of the refrigerator. Cookies were always available which was a nice touch. Fun area to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Quirky and in a great location

Had an wonderful stay. Personnel is friendly and attentive. Alexandra noticed at check-in that the following day is my birthday so she makes sure that the next day cake was delivered to our room. So sweet of Alexandra and Happy House. Thank you Alexandra and Happy House. Her recommodation were to eat and have a drink is spot on 👌 The accommodation is well situated. Everything is walkable within 10 minutes. The room is charming and clean. On the second floor there is a watercooler free of use and 3 types of cookies to munch on 😋 (also free of charge). Thank you Happy House for making our stay enjoyable 👍

The perfect place to stay in Faro. Besutiful, clean, comfortabke rooms, excellent location, great area for cooking own meals, one of the hedt we have ever stayed in!
