The best western was clean , friendly workers and great free breakfast! The area has food and gas in close proximity but the area at night you had to be careful of transient people walking through! It does have security walking through at night in the parking lot! The hotel services and property was wonderful and the price per night was great! The front desk girls ( all shifts ) were polite, friendly and informative!

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean hotel

It’s fine but is in a high traffic suburban shopping area of the “anywhere USA” variety. It is not especially convenient to anywhere. The hotel iss fine, but has no restaurant. You have to drive but there are close options.

The hotel was incredibly clean and neat! Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a well rounded meal. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the Tacoma area.

Room was nice, clean, and quiet. The lobby and front staff were great, too. Glad that there was a security guard guarding the parking lot, too. Breakfast is better than other similar hotels such as HW by H or H.I. Will definitely stay here again if we have to come back to Tacoma.

The check in was easy. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

It is a nice, clean hotel. It was in a relatively convenient location. Staff was nice and helpful. I would suggest that they keep a bottle opener at front desk, in the room or for sale in the little snack area because they sell bottles of beer but unless you carry an opener with you, you have no way to open it.

My girlfriend and I went to see Pink in concert at Tacoma Dome. Very close to where we needed to go easy access to majority of things. Unfortunately I didn't really care to much about the location. Other than that the staffs were very friendly respectful and kind. I truly love the breakfast variety that they had. It was great! Most likely i probably would stay there again

It was horrible! We first got there she said we didn’t have reservation for two rooms. We had three rooms. One of my other family had a room in her name. The staff was so racist and problematic she made up anything not to resolve the problem. She’s even tried to charge us more for the rooms when I knew I already had reservations. I will not be returning. Ever! This hotel is a rip off. They pick and choose who they want to be nice too. Took my Deposit! Made up some bogus stories that didn’t happen or no knowledge of that it happened. We was being watch and followed by the security guard and front desk ladies! If we did smoke, it was always outside never in the building. Front desk said someone smoked in the public bathroom. Which was a lie. I thought kids stay free under a certain age. I won’t be spending my money here at this Best Western and I will make sure I tell my friends not to stay here and everybody that was with me., I will make sure they put in a there own opinion about what happened. The tall white security guard didn’t say too much. He just followed whatever the ladies at the front desk told him to do which was really weird.

The accommodations were adequate but no easy walk to restaurants nearby. Pool is indoors with no hot tub. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Cleanliness and location are our most important criteria when choosing a hotel and this place didn't disappoint. It's very clean, bed was comfortable, good breakfast. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

It was an excellent experience, very friendly staff with top of the line facilities.

Breakfast was decent but nothing exciting. The room was very clean. Only problem was with lighting in the room. Way too dark.

Nice freshly build hotel , modern , clean .Comfortable bed , pure white bedding and towels . Big clean swimpool , but cold water , my teens did not enjoy it at all .

It was a horrible experience I got kicked out and called police on me all because I told them about there ant problems and how I couldn’t sleep the whole night because there was an issues with the fridge I guess it sounds like someone trying to get into the room please don’t come here Aaron and Alex are horrible gms
