The person at check in was very rude. The room was outdated and smelled odd. The fresh stains on the sheets and pubic hairs in one of the beds was extremely disgusting- add to that, the dried milky substance drips down the bathroom door and the black chunks between the shower kick plate and the wall, and the odd stains in the ceiling above one of the beds, I can honestly say that if I could give this hotel a zero, I would. I could go in depth here, but I wholeheartedly would not recommend. The location is not even walkable.

I appreciated the nice big room, the bathroom setup and sliding door, the view of the pond with fountains and the cleanliness. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable - a new pillow top or memory foam mattress would help. A free breakfast was nice but lacking gluten free bread or bagel options. The eggs tasted not very good. The porridge was decent. Loved the free parking on site near the front doors.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. It was inexpensive, and in a great location. The building and facilities are new, and the bed was great. It is also close to Jose Texas, one of the best and cheap restaurants in the area. We were traveling by car, so the ample parking here is also helpful. Strongly recommended.

It’s great for a quiet spot not too far from the city. We were there for a Concert which was a great location to get from to our destination. Bed where comfortable the only thing was our bathroom towel handle was loose and not enough towels. Beside that everything was fine.

I enjoyed the stay, the room and service were great. I do wish the breakfast was a little better and better monitored because we saw people dropping cups and using cups then putting them back onto the unused stack.

Second time staying at Springhill Suites. This is where I stay when I visit my son who lives nearby. They have the most comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are clean and it's quiet.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was serviced everyday. Pleasant helpful staff.

The suite was spacious and the it was equipped with microwave and mini fridge. The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet has good variety as well.

Staff was great. Room was spotless. Spacious rooms. Old school air conditioner so makes a little noise. Showers are standard nothing fancy. Rooms are beautiful. Desk space, couch, mini living room, and big beds. Flat screen TV with Netflix and other apps. I ubered to the mall and got there in 7 minutes. Airport was about 25 minutes away. No suspect activity. A lot of food near by. Must have your key card at night to get back in the building. I look for this info when I want a room so here you go 😂
