This hotel was perfect for my use, between 2 airplanes at JFK. Staff was friendly and the shuttle between airport and hotel was fast (I was maybe lucky that there was shuttle right there when I arrived at Federal Circle station).

Stayed here to catch a plane the next day. Adequate for that.

First time stay at a New York JFK hotel. It was very expensive and there was no bar. We just wanted a nightcap after a long journey and were disappointed to say the least.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was terrific and friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable.

To start with, we found out the shuttle service ends at 11pm. We got at the pickup spot at 10:45 and talked to fellow travelers who said they were told that a shuttle was on its way. No shuttle showed up, so a while after 11pm, I called the hotel and they said that the shuttle driver had done his last run and had gone home for the evening. Our room was apparently handicap accessible, as there was no separation between the floor in the shower and the floor in the bathroom. That's a cool feature if the shower portion pitches adequately to a drain in the shower, but when I took a shower, half of the bathroom floor was flooded, up to the floor drain in the middle of the bathroom. When my wife took a shower, the flooding was worse and the carpet outside of the bathroom was wet. Also, the sink was on a pedastal, with no counter space to put your toiletries on. Good thing I didn’t put them on the floor! On the positive side, the room was very clean, the bed was comfy and they actually provided pillows that weren't designed for supporting a giant's head- one of my pet peeves with a lot of hotels.

Reception is great , very helpful especially with regards to our comfort, needs and services! We were well- attended !

My husband and I stayed overnight, due to a funeral the next day, so we had our car. The hotel does not have parking on the property, which should be mentioned, and if you do want to park it’s an extra cost, again not mentioned anywhere. The parking lot is not secure, and you need to walk back and forth to the hotel. The room was clean, and it was brand new, the toiletries were minimal, and there was no blow dryer. I will give it 3 stars only because it was clean and comfortable.

My stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the airport shuttle driver. As they only offer once an hour transport to airport at the top of the hour I wanted to leave with two hours prior to my departure. The shuttle driver was late and on top of it rudely asked for tips. I luckily was able to make it to my flight but it was a rough start.

Close to the airport which was the best with the stay, airport shuttle stops to early in the night. Lack of answering question prior to stay. Which was the reason I cancelled the next stay.

It was amazing

As Comfort Inns go, this was the best one I ever stayed. The decor looked like travel bags, from the entrance to the headboard on the bed. The breakfast was not just a basic grab and go; eggs, sausage, potatoes, cook waffles... The staff is very helpful.

It was a wonderful way to make an early flight to the West Coast and be at the airport in less than a half an hour. The dinner was great and the room very comfortable.

Everything was ok except on the day the coffee maker broke. No coffee for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay for an early departing flight from JFK. Be sure to reserve a place on the shuttle when you book. They fill up.

The woman who checkked us in was very lovely. But by checkout she was pretty rude to some guests. Also there was no bag breakfast - we’d been told there would be but there weren’t our room was right beside where the shuttle left from so it was surprisingly noisy all night long.

i booked at hotel.com for only 176 taxes included but when we arrived they told me thet we have to pay 275. 99 dollars., an increase of 100 dollars. This is not a joke. i felt bad

Convenient as it is located right next to the airport terminal 8. Great for overnight stay.

The place was very clean. Our beds were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful about everything, we flew all night, were super tired when we arrived. They even let us check inn early.

They charged me a bunch of charges that didn’t make any sense totaling over $1300 for a $600 stay. This left me embarrassed when my card declined during my vacation and left me with no money for my “vacation”. I still haven’t received my money back.

Restroom commode was not working, hotel didn’t fix it or switch the room

Exactly what we needed for a over night layover at JFK.

Quick overnight stay. Front desk was very pleasant and efficient. Shuttle services to JFK were exactly as advertised.

I needed a safe and friendly place to stay one night near the airport. It was perfect.

The front desk rep Megan was really the GOAT! Got us checked in early, allowed us to get breakfast and kept a smile on her face. Show people like that real love! She represents the company so well. Plus we came all the way from Cali so she welcomed us too

Room was comfortable & clean. The only downside was loud music continuing after 1AM making it hard to sleep.

good value for money. helpful staff, room was clean. above average american buffet breakfast - including eggs, beef patties. gym very scarce. terrific shuttle service to / from JFK.

I’ve waited 3 weeks and counting to get my $100 deposit back . This is appalling

The room was down a hall filled with service equipment like we were stowed away in the basement. So much for being a Platinum member and the rewards it gets you. This room should not be rented to anyone
