Everything was clean and the staff was great!

Everything was excellent except the smell was a little weird. And the air conditioning was extremely humid.

The hotel was great, and the staff was even better! I will be returning to this hotel for sure.

Other than the young lady checking us in which was not very knowledgeable our stay was great. Very clean and walkable to nearby dining options.

It was decent, but lacked in amenities. Wifi never worked during our stay and only 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 people in the reservation (eventually provided the missing towel but refused at first).

I get the fact that there lots of people in town and the hotels raised their prices accordingly. I don’t like it, but I respect it. My remote in my room did not work, I had to hold the on button on the coffee maker to get a pot of coffee brewed, and their were towels jammed into the refrigerator, “because the fridge was leaking”. And you still put me in that room. Worst experience ever, especially after paying $350 for a hotel room in Center Texas, and I am from Texas!!

the place itself is not bad, the ladies who think they own the complex are what makes the hotel itself bad, to the point of asking for towels and being told that you've had it up to here!!!.... June 21-24, 2024 ladies working at night (older and white-skinned), even when taking families out of the pool, she is arrogant and stands at the door smoking when one is clearing the pool!!!...

The experience was a great one. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was hot and ready. The staff was very accommodating to our needs for extra blankets and late check out. We will stay here again if we have another softball tournament.

Stay was good overall

The staff was impatient and defensive without listening to our problem. I had to call this morning (3 days after our stay) because the $100 incident fee was charged to our card (no longer shown as pending). It was the same staff member, and they again didn't take time to listen and were defensive. They insisted that we were not charged and that it takes 3-5 days to disappear. The pillows weren't comfortable either, but the breakfast was good. However, we will not stay here again.

Nice, modernized hotel with great customer service, good breakfast and nice room. While there, the only real issue we had was the temperature of the room. It took a while to cool down the room and was somewhat humid, which probably contributed to the warmer temp. On the first level lobby and hallway, it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't working. Also, on the next morning the lights were out on the first level hallway and in front of the elevator. I’m thinking they likely had power issues contributing to the darkness and warm temps. I don’t feel like this was something that is a constant and probably a temporary issue. Regardless, I would stay there again due to the convenience to freeway, close to several eating places, modern look and customer service.

Quick stop on a road trip. Met our needs and would recommend.

Very quiet, clean and staff was very nice and helpful. 😊

The elevator was out- that was quite a trek with luggage to up to the 4th floor! The bed was almost as hard as the floor. Other than that, it was a nice enough place to stay for a night.

My complaint is that the elevator quit working on Saturday afternoon. It was a very full hotel and very inconvient being on the 4th floor and having to transport our things up and down. The cleaning ladies were even having to carry their carts up and down the stairwell. It was very poor service and very inconvenient.

I never leave reviews or bad saying about a place unless it’s completely horrible all around , first off the elevator is broken , we are on the third floor , let say it’s completely inconvenience for me to haul All 4 of my kids and there things up and down the stairs , second we called a week ago to ask about the pool being open for of kids they said yes there is no reason it shouldn’t be , kool get here on SATURDAY now the pool is closed because other guest trashed it so the whole hotel suffers ? Third the WiFi isn’t hooking up yall this one night stay due to softball has been very awful I will be contacting someone I need a COMPLETE refund

Loved the location and the very friendly and courteous staff. Did NOT like: TV did NOT have access to the ABC shows The juice at breakfast was questionable The coffee was more water than coffee

The location was great for what I needed, room was a great size and clean. The bed however dipped in the center..and the hotel now charges a $100 deposit when you stay that was not mentioned anywhere. Also, when booked and paid through a third party the hotel still charged me at check in.
