$10 for parking was not disclosed. There was something going on at the convention center next door so when we left and came back there was no room to park

I love this hotel and the clerks are so nice and helpful.

It was really nice and clean and the hotel room was really nice clean and comfortable.

The gentleman at check in was very nice. Overall, the hotel is very clean and I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or its staff. The breakfast is your usual "breakfast included" items, which is what I expected.

The bed was AWFUL. Are the mattresses made of wood? Worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. I was quite shocked by that! Also having to pay $10 plus tax to park for one night is a little annoying. A hotel guest shouldn't have to pay for parking. Room next door to us was quite loud around 11pm, but what can you do? You're in a hotel.

Music was played into the night and kept me up.the music was being played at the convention center.

A huge parking lot and all they were concerned with is making sure you paid for parking

Did not have a new/fresh roll of toilet paper, it was almst empty and house leeping didn't judy replace it with a fresh roll. After covid i would think that would be manatory.

Positioned on the Correct Side of Dallas for our Travel route to Houston. But the neighborhoods aroun it- sketchy. Next time, I would look for something else due to neighbors

Im poretty certain the front desk rep, gave me a cold as he was apparently sick at work, sniffing and had a 1" snot rocket hanging from his Right Nostril when handling our keys

Th beds are awesome and good breakfast, price was a little steep.

My remote control was broken and only had one for tvs. But that is a miniscule thing

I only liked the location because it was close to our business meeting.

This is not a 3-star hotel. It is old, and all the furniture in the room needs to be updated. The price was $149 a night, and at that rate, I stayed in nicer hotels. The young man at the front counter had terrible customer service. He charged us $197 without explaining it was including a deposit. He sent us off to our room on the second floor. He never explained to us that we were on the second floor. We got in the elevator and realized there wasn't a second floor, only 1st and 3rd floors. Apparently, we weren't the only ones confused. The rooms smelled bad. Overall, it's the worst Hampton we have stayed at.

They charged for the parking lot.
