We got ripped off, when we arrived we were given a room that smelled like cigarettes, so was ask for a room change, again, the knew room smelled of smoke a as well. So we we went back to the office, the door was locked so we called and the guy there answered. We explained the circumstances and ask for a refund. He said fine, and for us to leave the key in the room. Which I did. So I realized I just lost $231.00. Try to get a refund and failed

It was a great option for our needs. Came in to town for a wedding. Loved that it is so close to the beach and to the board walk. The price was good for the quality of the Inn. Room and bathroom was a bit dated but convenient nevertheless.

The Queen suite was fine. It was clean and updated. I will say the pillows are hard as rocks! Wish we had brought our own. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

A little before 1 a.m. the neighbor decided to crank the radio couldn't contact anybody to get them to turn it down.This place is terrible If you want to get a 1/2 decent night's sleep but great if you want to have a party.

It was clean .. close to what we came for to attend a show and within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.. the staff was so friendly and outstanding.. we will be back for sure !

Clean pleasant comfortable. Most of the furnisj\hings quite old, but everything worked. Odd separate sink from shower and toilet.

People talking right outside my door till 3:30 in the morning very loud. Supposedly quiet time 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. there was literally a sign that said that right where they were talking. Besides that very average stay.

Centrally located a block from the boardwalk, the hotel is safe and quiet. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

The staff was super nice. Easy check it. Room was super updated and spotless. Cute kitchen but we never got the opportunity to use it. Walking distance to all the fun in Hampton Beach. Great spot for a weekend trip. Would stay there again!

Finally a hotel whose pictures match what is there! Room exceeded expectations by smelling good, comfortable beds, easy parking and lots of space. We had a 9 YO and a 2 YO with a pack and play. There was so much room! Quick walk to everything. We will be back.

The beautiful girl ( unfortunately don’t know her name) at the reception desk was very helpful and nice. She responded to our request promptly and made our stay very comfortable.

The staff was super accommodating. I changed my check in date and they were flexible! Clean room and great location! The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was the same one who greeted me upon check in!!

We liked the location of this hotel and the ability to walk to the beach. We appreciated on-site parking.
The light switches on the walls need to be fixed.
The room was very bright overnight even with shades closed from the lights outside our room. Maybe add another layer of shade.

My door was falling apart. I could have taken the panel out very easily. There were also big gaps on the top and bottom of the door. The drapes were too small for the window so whenever someone walked in front of our room we saw their shadow. There was wood and moulding missing around the tv. The only positive thing is the proximity to the casino.
