This hotel was a great place for our family of 26 to stay during our week long vacation. The staff was great. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! The 2 bedroom room had full kitchens and 2 bedrooms. They were clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Rooftop pool was nice.

The room didn't had shower curtain nobody ever came to put one we wasn't in the room for much because we was always outside doing activities and the room temperature always was lock I had to call everyday so they can unlock the thermostat so I can change the temperature .The staff was all amazing

We spent 7 nights here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was excellent variety and very good. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Would recommend highly.
Only downside is you need to have transportation to get to Playa Del Carmen. No walkable streets near by.

Safe, friendly and clean for a single mom and her kids ages 9, 10 & 13. Definitely recommend staying here for families! Staff is also really helpful and attentive.

The hotel is quite new and service is good. However, my main issue with our stay is that our safe was emptied by Security while we were out getting food, no notes or notifications were left behind and we came back to an empty safe, thinking our belongings had been stollen. We did end up finding what the issue had been but still believe this could’ve been handled differently. Security was trying to retrieve an item for the previous guest after we had checked in and while we were out and in doing so took all our belongings. Also, Hotels.com says this hotel has a restaurant but it does not. They provide a buffet style breakfast (cereal bar, fruit, pastries, toast and about five other options), other than that there is a “market” in the lobby for quick snacks and no other way to get food besides Uber Eats or Rappi and/or walking to the mall (about 5min) or driving elsewhere. The beach is about 25min away according to the hotel’s staff.

Good basic hotel, no shuttle service to the beach. Even though it is advertised on their website. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Decent pool area up top. No outside seating area around the hotel. Very little dinning options. Small buffets for breakfast and limited restaurants in walking distance. Needs shuttle service. No room service. All in all, good safe stay but needs to be accommodating for the customer.

The staff was wonderful. However, the property does not have a restaurant, location is terrible, laundry wasn’t working, breakfast was nachos and meatballs, bar drinks were gross, no outdoor shaded area, stove times-out so it’s impossible to cook, shower water leaks because there is no door, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, coffee machine didn’t work most of the time. If it wasn’t for the great staff our visit would’ve been ruined..

We stayed only 1 night because we had a wedding at a different hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are really big, with a full kitchenette and a fridge. Close distance to shopping (we had a car rental which made it easier to move around). Breakfast is included and it was very good. The pool area is very nice and well kept. Pool towels are available and they have a bar that opened at 5pm. Great place if you are visiting places outside of a resort atmosphere.

Excellent hotel, very professional staff, great location. Breakfast was cooked fresh and of high quality. Only issue we ran into was the room thermostat was very hard to use and kept turning off at certain time during the day. Also, this is a standalone facility, so one needs to drive or get a cab to visit places.

I stayed here two days. It is not cheap, restaurant/breakfast is basically nothing. You won’t find pancakes, or anything but yougurt and fruit. The rest is ok. My first night AC didn’t work so we moved to another room. Second day animals were on the kitchen. Two room switches in two days. Keep in mind I was always out and only came here to sleep. Staff doesn’t care. Very inconvenient to arrive. Best thing is closeness to Xcaret. Does not compare to any other Marriotts. Waste your money on something better.

This hotel has 24/7 staff on property and no time limit to check in which was great because we ended up arriving to the hotel until 1 AM. Many hotels have a time limit (usually 11 pm or midnight), but that’s not the case.
It was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, there was enough parking, and the location is very good.

Best part of the hotel was the bar and bartenders- They should invest more money in that area to make it even better. Overall great experience.
